Germinated very quickly
There was an error with my delivery and the back up service was outstanding. The product itself surprised me with how quickly it germinated and provided thick grass within 2/3 weeks on a new area of lawn. I have been buying bulk seed for many years and this is probably the best results I have seen.

growed within a week could not believe it the best seed i have used just ordered another bag after 2 weeks gave it its first cut will add some photos after i have planted the other bag

Does not survive
Spread this in good weather on good soil , it grew well , however it does not survive the cold , 90% is now dead and rotted leaving patched of grass here and there. Would not buy again.
