Fits very well with a ton of compression for post surgical care, breast reduction. I ordered an XL and the band is slightly tight so I exchanged it for an XXL. Its a good price and it is quality material. Most importantly, it is very well padded at the band and sides to cover the incision lines and prevent irritation. The shoulder straps are also adjustable so they can be loosened or tightened as the swelling changes. Buy more than 1 for post op care!

Great bra comfortable even after surgery. I like the fact that it's not two hi and tight around the armpit. It has nice padding underneath to lift and protect the breasts but not make it look like a sex symbol bra. I like the fact that it has three rows of hooks so as I heal and swelling goes down I will be able to make it fit a little more snug. I like the way the straps adjust I just wish they were a little narrower but it's probably best for support. Due to my surgery I haven't been wearing a bra much lately this was the only one I was able to tolerate for several hours. I'm about to purchase it in a white I bought the black. It seems pretty true to size I'm about 5'1" and plump now 168 lb. I normally wear a 38 C or 36d. I bought the extra large.

Lo quería para el postoperatorio de un aumento de pecho. Me lo hago en 5 días pero el cirujano me recomendó que sobre todo me quede bien de contorno, ni muy ajustado ni muy ancho para que sujete. Elegí mi talla dejandome llevar por otros comentarios, que es S (mido 1.50 y soy bastante delgada) y acerté, de contorno me queda bien aunque tengo que ponerlo en el broche mas ancho. De pecho obviamente aun no lo lleno. De las tiras como soy bajita las ajusté al máximo para que me agarre bien y ahora me va perfecto. Cabe decir que si eres algo ancha de hombros o contorno pide una M porque a mi me va justo siendo pequeñita. Actualizaré con foto después de la operación a ver que tal. De momento muy contenta. Se ve de buena calidad, comodo y muy practico con el cierre delante.
