First time using this product and must say it have a good kick to it accompanied with nice smooth flavour. Likely to buy again.

Best pre workout I have used. Often feel a bit lethargic after a long day in the office and need the extra energy to head to the gym and complete a workout. This preworkout gives me the energy I need to train effectively. Quality stuff

This comes in a small cupboard friendly tub that contains 50 servings. Mixing is easy and the mango flavour is very pleasant. ingredients include vitamins B3, B12, B5, caffeine and zinc. This is a great help in my workouts and bike rides particularly if initially feeling lethargic, the caffeine giving a bit of a jolt and the rest helping with concentration and endurance. Recommended.

This is by far the best pre workout I’ve tried. There is no nasty side effects after taking like all the others have. Also the flavour is great with no horrible after taste. I can honestly feel it work after 10/15mins and helps me push harder at the gym 💪🏼The post workout is also amazing. Gives me a great boost after my workout. Taste is also great. 100% recommend both
