NEWGO Knee Ice Pack Wrap, 360° Full Wrap, Blue

I bought these ice packs for after my knee surgery and they were a lifesaver. It Velcro is insanely good quality. The strap are long enough to fit comfortably around my knee. I purchased the two pack so I could have one one while the other was freezing. They stayed in place when I had to move around and didn’t have any scent at all just ice smell. I still use these packs for my back and shoulders. Highly recommend.

This product is fantastic!!! I had a knee replacement and the design is perfect... It wraps around and under the whole knee (ice on tops and under) and ices the whole knee. The way the straps connect keeps the whole wrap in place no matter wher you position the leg / knee. Very cleverly designed and worth every penny!!!!

I bought this for my son after his elbow surgery (they took cartilage from his knee), and it’s been fantastic for helping with swelling and recovery. The wrap design makes it easy to use, it stays cold for a long time, and it fits securely around the knee without slipping. One thing to note: it can get very cold directly on the skin. We had to place a thin pillowcase in between for comfort. I specifically chose this product thinking we wouldn’t need to do that, so that was a little disappointing — but it’s not a dealbreaker since the pack itself works so well. ✅ Why it’s great: • Stays cold for a long time • Wrap design keeps it in place • Helps with swelling and post-surgery recovery • Easy to reuse and store ⚠️ Cons: • A bit too cold directly on the skin — needs a thin barrier Overall, this is a very effective knee ice pack. It’s been a huge help for my son’s recovery, and despite needing that little extra layer, I’d still recommend it for anyone dealing with knee injuries or surgery recovery.

Great product. Fits great. lasts a long time before re-freezing.

Good in cooling down the knee. The one issue is when taking out of freezer condensation and ice crystals form on outside. That then gets damp.

I cannot say enough about this ice wrap!! Finally someone designed this one to provide relief of swelling of a total knee not just the front. The coldness last about 20 minutes or so give or take. That depends on how hot your inflammation is at the time. I have suffered high heat behind the knee so this works fabulous for me! It is versatile enough to be used on your foot or hand as well. Also, adjustable in size so it does have a one size fits all feel! It has extreme durability and a plusher lining on the inside! Worth every dollar and then some! If you have major knee issues invest in two for one knee and four for both knees. It takes a bit of time to get the gel cold enough that is why I suggest an extra if you ice more than 3-4 times a day!! I can’t thank this designer enough for the relief provided a well thought out design. I have now had a total knee replacement and love also the fact that this wrap doesn’t have a hole in the kneecap area. That part gets hot too. Beyond grateful!!

I love this! It wraps the whole knee stays in place and stays cold for a long time. Bonus it comes with a bag when it goes in the freezer to keep it clean and in shape.

Size is very large--wouldn't work well for someone considered petite or small. It takes about 20-30 minutes to thaw out enough to be pliable. Velcro wrap-around ends work well. I used an ice-water flow machine after my knee surgery, but this is portable. I could take it in the car and ice my knee while my husband drove--real advantage sometimes!

This is the best thing I could have bought for my knee. Its a great design. the straps and velcro are excellent. the cloth side stays nice and dry and not clammy. After you have cooled enough you can flip it over and get even colder relief. I love the design so you can choose which side the cold flap wraps around. It is actually so good that I walk around the house with it on and it doesn't shift. I would buy again. I might get a second for my other knee.

After my fiancée's surgery, her knee was extremely swollen and needed some relief applied directly to it, and this was the only wrap I could find that would fit. Not only that, but she has reported that it is actually quite comfortable as well. Keeping it in the freezer for when it is needed is convenient.

I use it as a cold compress and works really well. Since it wraps around with a velcro system, there are no issues with its size unlike those that work like a sleeve. Hoping that the elasticity of the straps last long.

Easy to use. Gets cold and stays cold quickly.
