Do not purchase this item from Halosanitary! Save yourself money and grief.It does not fit a standard American sink. The pre-drilled holes in a standard American sink are too small in diameter to accommodate this faucet. Also, this faucet does not have the standard mechanism to close the bathroom sink drain. Unfortunately, I am out a $125.00 to a plumber and $21.55 in an Amazon re-stocking fee which the Halosanitary the manufacturer will not refund.My Dad is in his 80’s and has the beginning of Dementia. On countless occasions he is leaving the bathroom water faucet on causing the wasting of unknown amounts of water but also potentially flooding our house. It was recommended to me to purchase a bathroom automatic sensor faucet.I had great difficulty finding a plumber who was willing to install the faucet. Finally, I was able to schedule a plumber and paid him $125.00 to remove my old bathroom faucet and only to find out that the facet is 1/8” too wide in diameter to fit into the standard pre-drilled holes on a standard bathroom sink. The plumber advised me that there was no way to safely enlarge the hole in my sink without fear of cracking the sink. He left after re-installing my old bathroom sink faucet. I am out the $125.00 for the plumber. The entire purchase price on Amazon with tax was $107.74. Amazon only returned $86.19 due to a re-stock fee. The manufacturer halosanitary would not accept the return themselves to refund it nor would they refund our re-stock fee of $21.55.

Faucet turned on but not off even though I used new batteries. Amazon customer service rep Earl suggested buying fresh new batteries. Thanks Earl that did the trick. Did have an leakage problem with the connection between the pre-set multi layer filtration and the hot/cold supply valves, the washers supplied were too small and leaked because the filtration joint need additional tightening but doing so just pushed the washers supplied into the water supply valve. Had to purchase and install larger and beefier bib washers to correct the leaking.

You can not satisfactorily tight this faucet to sink base because the tighting bolt starts slipping on faucet shank. Faucets remain a bit loose on its deck plate which gives an uncomfortable feeling. Unlike other faucets, this package has no pop up drain. Buyer has to spend another $20 to buy a matching pop up drain. However touch free function is good and very sensitive.

We installed these at my preschool for the children to use. They’re great. And, surprise! our water bill went down because we’re using less water.
