This was absolutely amazing to make! I made it in one day! It takes a lot of patience and attention to detail but that's it's point! The end results are worth it! This kit came extremely fast, had everything it says it would and the walls are very sturdy. Well worth the money! I've purchased two more of these types of homes but I've gone bigger now! So fun and love that they can be stacked and displayed! You won't regret it! I have a video but it won't let me upload it, it has a music box as well!

I have completed several of these little rooms by different manufacturers and this company has the highest quality in every aspect. Better grade of wood and paper. Better painting and crystal clear printing. And when it will look bad to make it from paper they will include manufacturerd pieces that will look better. For example I purchased a Christmas themed room from some other manufacturer and they wanted you to assemble a Christmas tree from paper and dried moss glued to it. Needless to say it looked horrendous, and couldn’t be omitted from the room because, obviously it was an important piece. So I had to buy a miniature tree from the craft store to replace it. This manufacturer on the other hand included the exact same tree that I purchased in their Christmas room kit. Others will want you to make plants and flowers from paper and sometimes it’s really hard and ultimately looks bad. This manufacturer includes plastic plants and flowers that look much better. They also include a miniature animal for decoration and some starter tools and glue. No other manufacturers that I have purchased from has encluded any extras. Will focus on only buying products from this company in the future.

I've been wanting to build a doll house but unsure I wanted to commit to such a large project I instead decided to start with a single room and bought this kit. The kit comes with several pieces of wood furniture and all the materials, mostly paper, to complete the room as shown. The kit included clear silicone glue and an instruction book. You will need scissors, a ruler in metric, wire cutters and an Xacto knife to put the kit together. The instructions are ok, could be better. My kit didn't have some of the same dried flowers as shown in the instructions. Assembling the furniture is easy, assembling the paper items is a bit more difficult and time consuming, some of it a real pain. The room did turn out cute and I ended up gluing everything down and sealing it shut with the Plexiglas provided. I really don't think it's something to be played with. I enjoyed it for the most part and it was a decent value.

I loved assembling this! All the parts were received, one piece was broken but easily glued. It took me about 25 hours to build. The silicone glue is exactly it towards the end it got really tacky and stringy so make sure you have another glue on hand. Make sure you watch the video on YouTube and read the instructions over before you start. A lot of the tiny paper pieces are virtually impossible but I improvised and did it my way for those difficult pieces. The finished piece is beautiful and I love the music box and lights. Will definitely buy another.

My daughters built together during on-and-off rainstorms and while they enjoyed it and liked the end result, these are the things we thought this kit need improvements on — The instruction could be better. For some people, this kit can be very advanced to begin with, so having a detailed and well-explained instruction can be very helpful. I understand it is translated and that may be why. The materials in the kit fell short for us. Glue just exploded, so my girls had to improvise. Some of the materials weren’t supple, so a few things look incomplete. Instruction tells you what to do for music box, but there’s NO music box and having read reviews, some folks received it in the kit, some didn’t. Overall my girls enjoyed the process and the end result, however, we may look elsewhere for next project.

DO NOT BUY, my youngest daughter paid for this and she said it was a waste of money she finished halfway most of the items were missing and the glue was very strong smelling and it barely sets my daughter brought it up from our basement to start working on it again then got frustrated cause the glue made her hands sticky and the sturdiness of the swing was terrible the roof of it kept falling off and the swing collapsed most of the pieces were uneven and the walls for the room were uneven, you had to sew the pillows by hand and make everything besides the walls and floor by hand as well. Not very happy with this buy, if you are buying a small house kit like this use amazon’s choice.

So much fun, it was my first time doing this, trail and error it came out beautiful. You can customize it and add your own touch to it. Its very theraputic. It takes alot of Patience. Love it!
