Works well and I have enjoyed using to cut yams to bake and other vegs.

Pros: extremely versatile, it can make nearly any cut you want. The blade is very sharp so itโs easy to cut things. Cons: The side adjusters are a bit difficult to turn, theyโre very stiff. The holder/guard is very hard to use, especially on larger veggies.

I ordered to replace TNS 2000 and I am not satisfied. The TNS 2000 had a red blade cover and the TNS 3000 does not have any blade cover with it. I think the blade cover was an important part of the mandolin!
