This stuff is the real deal! I've used other brands in the past and needed 2 or 3 pills, but only one of these are needed to help me fall asleep. Fantastic! I've been buying this product for a few years. It works for me. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I can tell the difference if I don't take it. It was recommended to me by a cardiologist.
