Does not heat above 45! Even though they advertise that it can be set to up to 60. Its default is 45 and there is no way of over riding it. Totally mis-selling and mis-leading customers!

This sauna is fantastic, and heats up to 70deg in around 20mins by virtue of the wall heaters and the Harvia cooker working together, then probably another 20mins to get all the way up to 90deg if you want it that hot. It ended up being around half the cost of buying an equivalent from my local supplier.The customer service was first class from Global Relax. The pallet turned up with one of the boxes having fallen off during transit, but they shipped a replacement the same day.Assembly was pretty easy, as the main side panels just clip together with the attached fasteners. You just need to get an electrician to install a 6kW isolated supply for the cooker, with the wall heater, music, lights and control panel all working off a separate standard 3 pin outdoor socket connection.I'm loving the sauna so far, and looking forward to getting the most out of it during the winter months. I've installed a garden shower next to it for the full hot/cold therapy sessions. The lights and bluetooth music system work perfectly. It even comes with a cover that you can place over it when you are not using it for an extended period.The only thing I would say is that you would have to be very friendly with the 4 other people if using to the stated capacity of 5, but there will only be 2 or 3 of us using it at a time, so not a problem for me.

The S1 model does not reach any temperature above 45 degrees. The control panel temperature increase buttons do nothing. Product not as advertised.
