Franke Ellipse 33" Dual Mount Granite Offset Double Bowl Kitchen Sink, Onyx

This sink is beautiful but packed is terrible. Broke n 3 pieces. The tool was not secure abs I’m sure was cause of some breaks. Need to put more foam around sink to protect.

I was met with great frustration when my sink came cracked, however, amazon was more than happy to send me a replacement. I don't credit this event to the sink, its design or its material. Depending on your sink cabinet design (mine was super tight with no room) you might not be able to use the clamps that come with the sink. This isn't a huge issue as I used a generous amount of silicone to securely mount and seal the sink to the countertop. After using the sink for a few weeks now I am absolutely in love with it. The size is extremely well designed and I feel like I just upgraded from a kiddie sink to an adult sink. Great product!

I had ordered this sink and it came in a timely manner. Opened it up to notice a crack in sink between the bowls.Did a return /replacement and received the second one also in a respectable turn around time. The second sink came to my place of work and I could hear clanging inside the box. I had two co-workers witness me open the box and the sink was literally in a dozen pieces. I quickly filed for a return and went to my local big box and bought another brand sink. One I could inspect before going home.The first sink I returned was 14 days ago and still no credit for it and today(3days) later the second one showed back up at my door?And as usual there is no one to call to get this straightened out.

I was really looking forward to installing the sink today. I could tell it is a quality product, but this is what it looked like when received. Such a let down. I bought all of the accessories and set aside time to install. Not the manufacturer's fault, however better packaging would have helped for sure.***patiently waiting for a replacement***I will post pictures of finished product installed.****UPDATE BELOW!!!****I RECEIVED THE SECOND SINK BROKEN IN THE BOX AGAIN!!!! (See second photo). EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!! OTHER REVIEWS READ THE SAME. IT'S A SHAME BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE A QUALITY PRODUCT!! I BOUGHT A KOHLER IN THE END.

Although this sink states "Granite" it is NOT. It is Fiberglass. Granite is mentioned several times. However one spot says "fiberglass". I cannot even use this product and had to order a whole new sink. I cannot return it as it was shipped out of the country. I am very disappointed in the misrepresentation of this product.

The wife loves this new sink, especially after replacing the original cast iron/porcelain 30 year old shallow sink. We redid the countertops in granite and had this set in place. I did the plumbing which took some doing since the drain holes are deeper and further back than the old sink. We like this so much, another one is contemplated for our other home. Just gotta deal with removing that old sink, which is an undermount under that granite, boxed in...fun.

I LOVE my new sink. Daily cleaning is a must to just keep the beautiful look of it. I have it as an under mount and it’s so deep. No trouble fitting any pots in it. Quality seems incredible. So pleased with this purchase.Tip- if you like to use an in sink sponge holder, suction cups won’t work. They won’t adhere to the material. I bought a magnetic one through Amazon and it did the trick. I don’t like my sponges in sight on the top of the sink.

Don't love it...hard to clean. Always has a dull gray look. I bought special granite cleaner but doesn't seem to help!
