Always going in the right direction.
I don't go in for flashy things. I do rugged and practical. That basically describes this small compass. Slips onto my canvas watch band and stays put! No sliding around, just stays where I want it to be. It's absolutely pinpoint accurate. Confirmed by both my primary compass and GPS. It's dead perfect. If one wants basic and accurate directional information at the end of their arm, here it is. I assure you that this small compass will not disappoint you.

Good Compass
I bought two of these compasses and would have rated them both 5 stars because they are both accurate for general directions and both fit snugly on my wrist watch band. The problem started when one of the compasses fell out of the rubber base. The adhesive failed. Fortunately I found the compass wrapped up in a leaf in the parking lot. So, OK, I went to Home Depot and bought a flexible adhesive formulated for vinyl, fabric and plastic by loctite. Most of the old adhesive was still adhered to the bottom of the compass so I pulled it off. Apparently the bottom of the compass was very thin, and I tore a pin prick sized hole in the base. A small amount of fluid came out. Since I was able to remove 90% of the old adhesive before the hole developed, I decided go ahead with the repair. I put a generous amount of glue in the rubber base, pushed the compass into the base and held them together with a small C clamp for several hours. The repaired compass still works, but the dial doesn't turn as easily as it did before some of the fluid came out.I just tested the second compass by gently prying with a of couple of dental tools. The compass stayed firmly attached to the base. None of the other reviewers reported an adhesive failure, so I am forced to give one compass a 5 star rating and the other two star rating. Hence, the four star rating. These sun compasses are very helpful in a large casino, like you might find in Las Vegas. At least you can keep track of the general direction of the entrance, elevators, parking garage, favorite restaurant or the cashiers cage (for your wife).

nice durable compass
It’s fairly accurate it’s off by a couple of degrees but at it’s size and price it’s pretty good slightly too big for my watch but all in all I’d recommend this compass if your looking for something small and easy to read if you need something to be precise I’d recommend a bigger and more expensive compass,

Started good ended terrible
The compass started off holding correct direction but no longer does. Has lived on my watch since April (6mo).

Nice Compass for your Watch.
Nice looking and functional Compass securely slides onto your watch band to let you know the direction you are going. Purchased several and gave some away as gifts.

Worth the $ but you'll need Loctite.
Seems to be accurate most of the time. Sometimes it is very off even when I hold it perfectly level and give it time to get its bearings. Overall I can't complain about the quality for only $5. I had read in other reviews that the compass would come out of the housing easily, so when it arrived I checked it and sure enough it was already about to fall out. The slightest bit of pressure made it completely disconnect from the housing. I used Loctite Super Glue when putting it back together and it hasn't budged a millimeter since. I only gave it 3 stars because of the poor assembly and the fact that it is mine is not luminous whatsoever. I even held a flashlight on it for a few minutes to try to charge it but it still doesn't give off the slightest bit of glow in the dark. Once again, it was only $5 and it fits my 22mm Luminox band perfectly.

Accurate, and tiny.
It appears to be extremely accurate. At least it is always the same as my phone. It is tiny, which I also like, but if you have a large watch band, it may be too small. I am going to glue it on my dashboard in my car.

Doesn't fit over parachute bracelet clips
Bought this as a manual backup to my electronic devices when hiking .. extremely disappointed. First, my plan was to add it to the parachute bracelet I wear when hiking; not only is the compus smaller then thought, there is no way to get either end of the bracelet clip through the slot on the back of the compus without breaking it. The only way I see to add this, is to do so while constructing a bracelet, before adding the last half of the clasp.Additionally, when compared to high-end manual compus, known to be very accurate, this one is not only slow to 'update' when you change direction, it is often off by several degrees. Between this and the previous issue mentioned, this is totally useless.
