Ideal replacement
Easy to replace, just prised off the old scales using a small terminal screwdriver in the holes for the tweezers / toothpick. Old ones popped off. Lined up new ones and with a firm press they popped into place. I gave them a little extra squeeze to get them to close tight (placed on carpet and put my heel onto it and gave it some of my weight).Held in place securely, showing no signs of coming off. Just taking a star off because they are slightly thicker than originals, and so the pen, tweezers and toothpick are a little trickier to get out, but not impossible. Pin fits in fine under the corkscrew.

Breathe new life into an old SAK.
An excellent way to refurbish the Swiss Champ i bought in Berlin 33 years ago. Care is definitely needed to ensure the scales are pressed in firmly, i used a small vice and some wooden packing pieces to prevent marking the plastic, nice and steady wins the race. I’ve just ordered the ‘kit’ so i can upgrade another SAK i have, it’s all cleaned, oiled, sharpened and waiting..

All you need to know about these great Plus scales for 91mm Victorinox knife.
Great upgrade "Plus" scales for any Victorinox 91mm "red plastic Cellidor sided Swiss Army knife". Gives you a slot for the "Champ 7cm presurized pen" (the Swiss card pen or the pen in 58mm Victorinox models will NOT fit these scales.) These scales will not fit 93mm Allox, 84mm or 58mm cellidor scale Victorinox models. Take care when fitting, study YouTube videos first, no great force needed. A 12 year old can do it. Use a piece of cloth to prevent scratches on scales. They are designed to only be fitted once, so your old scales will break as you remove them. Also gives you a slot for a small needle by the cork-screw. Make sure needle is not to big or it might wedge scale off. Needle is used for cleaning clogged front window squirting heads on your car. Or to get thorns out, pop a blister, ticks etc.

Sak jelly blue plus scales for 91mm knives
These look smart and make my sak look different also due to the pen compartment it has now been upgraded FROM HUNTSMAN TO HUNTSMAN PLUS these mods vastly improve most 91mm Saks it came fast was in jiffy style type bag ( bubble wrap ) as for quality NOTHING TO BE SAID its victorinox

Easily Fitted and matched perfectly except for the toothpick sleeve
Took five minutes to fit, the only problem was the toothpick sleeve on the new scales was just slightly bigger than the original. The toothpick would not stay in and key sliding out under gravity. Easily fixed with a tiny piece of rubber inserted into the relevant sleeve

Makes my 20+ year old knife look like new
Perfect fit. I've had my knife for more than 20 years and used it so much that the sides literally fell off last time I dropped it. The scales are exactly right and make it look like new.

Essential spares for any Victorinox collector
Easily fitted - using a small woodwork vice to apply even pressure along both sides and after warming the scales in hot water to soften the plastic slightly.

Genuine replacement scales.
Great replacement scale especially if you want to add the pen option and very easy to fit. They are probably a bit darker in reality than they appear in the photo.
