Solid and versatile
I’ll be honest, my needs are very basic. Usually I just pull a simple utility trailer or U-Haul. But I also wanted to be equipped for anything without owning multiple hitches. This one seemed like the perfect answer since it has adjustable height, advertises itself as being ok for rise or drop, and has all three common ball sizes.I was not disappointed by its quality. It is very heavy and feels well-built. But still easy to assemble. For my needs I obviously could have done fine with something cheaper and more basic, but I got exactly the versatility I wanted and it’ll probably be the only hitch I ever buy.Vehicle-specific notes: I’m using this hitch on a 2016 Mercedes GL450. On level ground the top of my vehicle’s receiver tube measures around 15” high. This is relatively low compared to most trucks and a lot of other SUVs, so I imagine I’ll only ever use it as a rise, never a drop. If installed in a drop position the vertical portion would hover only about 6” above level ground. I think it would probably be a bad idea to use it as a drop on this vehicle, except for short distances on well-maintained, paved roads. As you can see in the various photos and illustrations, there are two different holes you could put a pin through to fasten the hitch into the receiver tube. On the GL450, I have to use the first hole when installed as a rise. The vertical part contacts the bumper before you could get it in far enough to put the pin through the second hole. None of these points detract from the product itself, it’s just something you might want to know if you are going to use it on this vehicle or others with a similarly low receiver tube.

Nicest trailer hitch I have ever used
I got this hitch real quick because I needed a 6" drop hitch for my new truck to tow my motorcycle trailer. The day after I received it, I threw it on and tightened the hitch up so there was no wiggle and drove 6 hours from Dallas to the top of Arkansas, picked up a motorcycle and drove 6 hours back home in one day. Not a single issue with this hitch going through the mountains and over big bumps that made the trailer hop some. I have already had a couple compliments about it too, great hitch and especially for the price of a 6"-9" drop, cant beat it. Standard non-adjustable hitches cost the same if not more than this hitch and you are stuck with that one size. for me it was a no brainer that beat my expectations.

This is a BEAST of an adjustable hitch.
This hitch is an excellent hitch. The description is wrong. It is solid steel, NOT ALUMINUM. And, thats a good thing IN MY OPINION. The part that slides into the receiver is solid steel, not hollow square tube. FWIW, when I showed up to pick up my new trailer, the salesman even commented. He said.... "That is a nice hitch." And this guy knew his stuff. He has been selling trailers at a major manufacturers dealership for over a decade. In any case, this hitch is easily comparable to some of those 300.00 adjustable hitches. And it's absolutely rated properly at 15k with the 2-5/16' ball.

Beast
Man why didn't I purchase this unit in the 1st place? Very heavy and well made. My 1st trailer for lawn service is a 1 7/8 so I got a basic budget friendly straight hitch. Didn't care for the angle which the trailer traveled but it was OK. Second trailer was for hauling atv' s a 2" so now I get a Harbour freight straight 3 in 1. Worked fine but still bad angle. So recently I purchased a in closed trailer for our bounce house business and also a 4 inch drip hitch but still a bad angle because the door would always close once entered. Long story short after 4 purchases this is the one stop shop I needed for all rigs. Actually takes longer to spin and connect the correct ball than switching the whole hitch out but I love having every need in one on hand robust unit.

Works Great for the price
This product is a solid hitch. Bought it for my dad to put on the back of a f450 and it has worked well so far. Definitely not top notch but works great for the price. It looks good and is sturdy. Has a hefty feel and seems built to last a while.

Heavy duty hitch
Surpassed my expectations on quality. Was hesitant because it’s a no name hitch, but the shank is solid steel and the tri ball is also solid. The rubber gaskets really work well, keeping the hitch from moving all around in the receiver (the slack).

Seriously Heavy Duty Hitch
Man! This thing is impressive. What I really like is the features that make it rattle free, unlike any other hitch I've seen or used. Rubber pieces & a set screw lock this thing down & rattle free like it was made out of one solid piece of steel. Don't drop it on your foot or toe. It's heavy & a little awkward because of its size & requires a sure grip handling it and installing it. You won't be a bit disappointed with it.
