## Description

SKYRC B6AC V2 is the upgraded version for well-known iMAX B6AC. Compared with iMAX B6AC, it is more accurate and stable and also has some new features and functions. Users could set the terminal voltage by themselves and connect it to PC for PC control and firmware upgrade. What's more, users could also use it as Lithium Battery Meter and Battery Internal Resistance Meter. There are Automatic Charging Current Limit, Capacity Limit, Temperature Threshold and Processing Time Limit which makes the charger safer than V1. SKYRC B6AC V2 is a high-performance, micro processor control charge/discharge station with battery management suitable for use with all current battery types, with integral equalizer for six-cell Lithium- Polymer (LiPo), Lithium High Voltage,Lithium iron phosphate(LiFe) and Lithium-Ion (LiIon) batteries; maximum 6A charge current and maximum 50W charge power.

Review: Excellent charger. Much better than the less expensive B6 LiPo charger - I had the cheaper B6 LiPo Charger before this. Although it did charge and work as described, except for not charging over 5A due to undersided External power supply. This charger is much better. More features and the power supply is itegrated into the charge and not a huge external brick. I've used it for LiPo and NiMh batts. The repeak feature is a great addition for getting the most out of your old NiMh batteries.

Probably the built-in power supply gets hot. However, I will put 5 stars because the price is very competitive. For this money, it is simply an excellent charger. Simply excellent and best on the market. The main thing is that it is suitable for charging high-capacity large Lifepo4 batteries. In this case, it was suitable for Dakota Lithium batteries(as you can see on picture). Fits just perfectly! All you have to do is disable the balancer in settings. Heating is a minus, but it can be solved with an additional heatsink + fan. Otherwise, there are only pluses. Strongly recommended to charge your Dakota Lithium high capacity up to 100Ah.

**Q: Can this charge a 230mah nimh 5 cell 6.0 volt rechargeable battery and can the charging current be set at 0.5amps?**
A: First SKYRC question where the answer seems to be a simple - yes.  There are 4 NiMH charging routines, the simple Charge routine auto senses the required voltage (I've never done 5 cells, but I recall 4 worked) and in all programs the current limit can be selected in 0.1A steps to the max of 6.0A.  So, yes.

**Q: will this charge dean's connectors?**
A: The charger adapter cables include a T type Deans charging connector plus others.

**Q: Where can I buy the temperature probe/sensor, that plugs in the temp port, that monitors the temperature of the charging battery?**
A: You can purchase the temp sensor through Amazon. Search for B6AC temperature sensor.

I had the cheaper B6 LiPo Charger before this. Although it did charge and work as described, except for not charging over 5A due to undersided External power supply. This charger is much better. More features and the power supply is itegrated into the charge and not a huge external brick. I've used it for LiPo and NiMh batts. The repeak feature is a great addition for getting the most out of your old NiMh batteries.
