I purchased a bunch of your Matts. One of them is coming apart after a few weeks. I am looking for a contact seller button but there is non!

It says it’s 2 packs and the video shows 2 pads in a package so does that mean you’re buying 4 pads total?

I received 1 pack that contained 2 pads.

How often should the pee pad be washed ?

Not sure, the pee pad did not work on the first night so I washed and returned both.

Does anyone place these on top of their human beds ?

I honestly don't believe they're effective enough to keep your bed dry from accidents. They might keep an accident from being as bad, but they aren't truly liquid-proof, so much as liquid resistant. If you just need light protection and you're there to catch the culprit or just to whisk the blanket away asap, then these would be fine on the bed. I use mine in the back of my SUV, for when the dogs are passengers and in the kennel when they were pups and accident prone.
