My daughter was having a Barbie birthday party. We needed a pink oil based food coloring to change the color of white chocolate. We were using our chocolate fountain with white chocolate and this pink food coloring made the perfect color. I was very satisfied with the results. It didn't take much for the color to be true pink. Will definitely buy this name brand in different colors.

Don’t waste your money. I used red food coloring in my buttercream, and it completely ruined both the texture and the color. It made my buttercream softer and way too loose, which already made it harder to work with—but the worst part was the color. It didn’t turn red at all. It came out this dull, uneven pink that looked nothing like the deep red I was going for (or what was advertised). It honestly looked washed out and under-pigmented, like I barely added any color even though I used a lot. If you’re trying to get a true, rich red, save yourself the frustration and just get Chefmaster dye. That’s the only brand I’ve used where the color actually shows up properly without having to use half the bottle, and it doesn’t mess up the consistency of your buttercream

This is exactly what I needed. I mixed it in white chocolate to get the color that I desired and I only had to use a little to go a long way. I would highly recommend.
