HDEDog Raincoat with Clear Hood Poncho Rain Jacket for Small Medium Large Dogs Pink - XL

I really wanted to absolutely love this raincoat--the print is so adorable. Sizing was tricky...my dog (55lb aussiedoodle) is between sizes. He's long and skinny. We eventually bought the XXL for him after the XL was way too short. The XXL is still a little short and is really big for him around the girth. The hood doesn't work at all for him. The back does tend to blow up in the wind. But, the parts of him that the coat does cover stay reasonably dry, it's lightweight, very cute, and my dog tolerates wearing it just fine. Not a bad product, just not perfect for us. I'll end up buying a different raincoat but would absolutely still keep this on hand in my car or bag or somewhere to whip out if needed.

Super cute small was great fit for my 11 lb Shitzu Maltise who very much dislikes rain. It's still pretty hot in Texas so I didn't keep it on her long. She does love an outfit so no complaints. I was very impressed by the thick sturdy velcro straps that adjust easily to fit around her neck and stomach. I have read so many complaints about the thin Velcro on others breaking. Also nice packaging with sweet cards inside.

This doggie raincoat (Medium) is perfect for my 15lb Maltipoo.... Fits her great and I love the the visor can be folded under. The other plus is that there is a covered spot for a collar ring or in my case for her harness. Velcro is ultra strong, too! Very light weight as well! Its suppose to rain next week here in Michigan and be in the 70'S....Perfect timing!! Thank you!!

My pup started her life stranded in a flash flood so she isn’t very keen on it raining on her. This helped with anxiety so we can work through it.

Be careful with sizes, I definitely should have sized up! But its cute and it definitely works! Pup will go out in rain with this on.

Living in florida it frequently rains and heaven forbid we not get our walk in . This keeps her dry (enough)

The media could not be loaded.  My 40lb pit bull mix loves his raincoat. I got a size large. He hates the rain so he likes going for walks more with it on. Only thing is the hood doesn’t reach his head especially when I put his harness on because the hole to hook it is more collar-length. I just fold the clear visor part of the hood over and let the hood rest on part of his head he doesn’t seem to mind it although his face does get wet. Everyone always compliments him when he wears it!!

I ordered the purple with yellow ducks in a M for my Shih-Tzu / Japanese Chin mix who is 14.5 lbs. This coat is slightly bigger than I would normally buy for her, but the velcro allows adjusting to the maximum tightness so it worked out ok. It's a tiny bit too long and comes to just a bit over where her tail begins, but I'd rather have her more covered than not so I'll live with it. Not sure yet if the clear face shield will work. While she seems to tolerate it, breathing makes it foggy. The attached hat is adorable. I do think the coat is overpriced though at the $18.99 I paid. It's a pretty simply jacket.

The raincoat is pretty water resistant but if you expect even a slight breeze the coat will not stay covering either the dogs head or back. The lightweight material works against providing good rain protection.Water resistance could be better if the belly covering was a bit wider.The hole for the leash works better with a collar leash attachment rather than a harness leash attachment.
