Not working for insomnia
Sun Ten is a very high quality brand. I used this herb for bad insomnia--which it is commonly prescribed for in Asia. Unfortunately it did nothing for me at even triple the dose.

Finally found this is larger amount best sleep product ! My Accupunture dr recommended this but a different company. I am so glad I found it in a higher dose. It’s prefect for those who wake up in the night. No side effects. I take melatonin too but this is the main thing that helps. I have a thyroid issue that can not allow me to get to sleep or stay asleep. The company and Product was just as good as the one I was buying I get 100 tablets not 60 ! Yay. Thanks Edit. I reordered from same company instead of pill or capsule form it’s in a powder form ... highly disappointed. Tried to return wouldn’t work. I’m going back to my original company. I don’t even know if it’s the same product. Disappointed.
