No Stick!
Compared to my last pan, this pan is so easy to clean. Sometimes all I need is a paper towel and just about everything is off. The material is super sturdy, has a little weight to it, so it doesn't feel flimsy. Overall I'm very happy with this one and hope I get a lot more use out of it in the years to come.

Just give the clean frypan a wipe with oil to keep it non stick.
Basic cooking. Brown meats, fix breakfast, and brown artisan sandwiches.

I love this pan!!
