First I was very sceptical about purchasing the Muscle Asylum whey protein. Raw whey had only 18 g protein. I being a beginner was recommended to take this one as it gives good recovery with ease of digestion too. I preferred the unflavored one as I like to make smoothie on my own. It helps enhance texture of the drink and also helps better performance in the gym.
