I feel RESTED!
I purchased the DreamCloud Premier after months-long research of all the beds in a box. I don’t know much about beds, so I used a lot of reviews and resources to educate myself in purchasing this mattress.Disclaimer: I am coming from years ago Costco Sealy that was purchased for around $300.1. Unboxing: amazing experience, it came with no damage to the shipping box, as I’ve seen with other boxes that are literally torn. It was neatly compressed and fully airtight. (A bit heavy for one person, you will need two persons to lift it upstairs)2. Expansion, bed expanded well, I didn’t measure it but it looks fully expanded from its edges. I allowed 8 hours to expand because I had no choice or space to wait 24 hours. Edges are sturdy enough for me 170 lbs. Though the pillow top sinks a little more so it looks like less support, but it’s really not.3. Feel: the Euro Top, is a game changer! If your bedsheets are soft you can take advantage of the top layer for the same and snuggle feel. The bed feels firm, but the pillow top adds that “plush” but without the sinking feel. It’s hard to explain but it feels comfortable and supportive.4. I tracked my sleep with my Apple Watch, and it looks like I had more deep and rem sleep, with this mattress compared to my previous one. Though, I can physically feel the rest.5. Cooling: I normally sweat when I sleep. I’m not sure if it was my new bedsheets but I’m sure the mattress did something. The first time I didn’t sweat in my sleep! It didn’t feel hot and I didn’t need to stick out one leg for cooling! Conclusion:If you can get viscose or new soft bedsheets this mattress experience will elevate. Overall, for its price and the upgrade to the Premier is well worth it. It firms but provides that plush feel for a stomach sleeper, my wife is a back sleeper and knocked out almost instantly. I didn’t feel pain or aches on my first sleep! And I’m grateful for a good night's rest, I will recommend the DreamCloud Premier version for lightweight and stomach sleepers, but I’m sure this is good for back and side sleepers as well. Now for longevity, we will see, and if I remember I’ll come back and update my experience on here.-----3 Week UPDATE:I am so happy with this purchase and my wife is as well. I am a stomach sleeper and my wife is a back sleeper. I look forward to going to sleep! Time flies in bed because it's so easy to fall asleep. My wife and I no joke have had more "vivid dreams" ever since we got this mattress I know it sounds ironic but it's pretty funny, not sure if the deep sleep you go into that causes this but I'm no scientist. It's so hard to get out of bed at times because you're so cozy. I also picked a Coop cooling memory foam pillow and oh my gee the combo of bedsheets + pillow + mattress is such a life-changing experience. I know the cost is expensive but, you owe it to yourself. You spend a good portion of your life sleeping, so make a good one. I really hope this mattress holds up to what I feel now for the coming years. Oh, and the edge support is great, feels squishy but it's strong enough to hold while I my socks or eat on a side table.-----I Dont Know How Long UPDATE:It's been quite some time, but I came back to update my review. So far so good, my bed feels great, my sleep has been great, and my dreams are becoming nightmares but it's all good, got to fight my demons somehow.Dreamcloud has been broken in and it feels the same but you can tell it's not too too firm anymore, like .5 less firm. No issues with the construction or comfort. My little jumps on the bed constantly and no issues so far. Edge support is great for the morning while I put my shoes/clothes on. My wife doesn't get woken up in between my nightly strolls to the bathroom. I have noticed if I sleep more than 9+ hours I am getting pain but I don't think that is the cause of the bed and more my sleeping angle.I think the one thing that DreamCloud excels in is the pillow top, and I truly feel this is a great distinction from the hundreds of memory foam mattresses out there. I am still happy with the purchase and hope this bed can last a very long time.---Update:Still great mattress and I paired it with Sheex Duvet and Hotel Sheets Direct bedsheets and I feel I am at endgame mattress level.

So comfortable
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality was and how comfortable it is. Form but yet still cushy. Definitely worth the money considering how expensive other mattresses are.

Worth the money and then some!
I was fully prepared to hate this mattress and tolerate it until we could afford one of the high end brands but we absolutely love it. Both me and my partner are bigger people (tall and over 200lbs) and it’s soft and supportive! Just the right level of firmness. I feel like I’m floating on a cloud, no bs. I have never liked any of the beds in a box I’ve purchased until this one. We will be repeat customers, I’m replacing every mattress in the house with this brand.

Good bed, but packaging needs some work!
This is the second review I am writing for this bed.The first was not allowed by Amazon, citing my review focused on packaging and delivery rather than the actual bed.Ok, I grant them that but packaging and delivery is a very huge aspect of such an expensive purchase. When you order something that costs just a few dollars shy of $1800, one would expect a well packaged product. The first bed we received was in a beat up box, the bed was not sealed in plastic and when I opened the end of the box the bed was filthy. So yeah, I wrote a bad review citing JUST the poor packaging and delivery but also stating that I couldn't review the mattress until a new one arrived and that I would update the review. Amazon told me to write a review of the seller instead.Well, the seller was Amazon, but this was not their fault though so I didn't think writing a review of them would be fair. Packaging was a manufacturer issue, not an Amazon issue.Amazon reps worked to get us a replacement mattress and it was a pretty easy process. They did a great job there. The packaging is the real issue, the boxes are just not sturdy enough to hold such a large item. Again, that is from the manufacturer, not Amazon. If the mattress is in sealed plastic it should be ok. The first one wasn't in sealed plastic and was filthy. Although I was weary about getting a replacement after seeing the condition of the first one, I knew I could return it to Amazon if it came in poor condition. Also I knew I could return it with the 365 day trial so we gave it another go.The new one arrived in a box that was worse than the first but the mattress was completly sealed so I was good with giving it a try. This thing was heavy, so make sure you have someone to help move it. it is rolled up so make saure you unroll it on your bedfarame or box springs. We got it upstairs and onto the box springs. I started to unwrap it and noticed there were some gel packets on the underside (the anti-moisture packets) so I tore a small hole in the plastic and pulled them out. The bed started to expand right away, which was awesome. It wasn't like a spring or anything, just you could see it start to expand. We got it unrolled and found the little tool to cut the plastic off which made it very easy to complete. Took the plastic off and in about 5 minutes this thing was full size and uncompressed. We left it overnight, as per instructions, but didn't sleep on it until 72 hours later. It was full size by the morning though. So far it is a little stiff but was comfortable from the git go. My wife said she woke up feeling pretty good. Our old mattress was giving us both back pains and shoulder pains, but we didn't have that with this mattress. The mattress is a bit stiff right now, but has become more comfortable after a week of sleeping on it.We are giving it a full month or two to see how it goes but for now it has become pretty comfortable. We got the pillow top version. The pro:Looks really niceThe pillow top is very comfortableWe don't have any back pain after a night of sleep. The sides of the mattress seem very sturdy. On our original mattress (beauty rest black), one of the sides is collapsing. We don't see that as an issue with this one, besides if it does there is a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty is an excellent benefit, as is the 365 day trial. The cons:The packaging needs some addressing. the box simply is not sturdy enough to handle such a massive object. Amazon was good in replacing the damaged one but I recommend opening the end of the box to inspect the packaging. If the entire mattress is not sealed, have it replaced.I can't say the price is a con because our other mattress was about $700 more expensive so we feel this one was a pretty good deal. I would watch for promotions.Final thoughts: So far this is a very good mattress and we are pretty happy with the purchase. In comparison to our other mattress, this one is far more comfortable and you can't beat the trial period or the lifetime warranty.I will update this if anything changes but so far so good...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Comfortable Sleep
I was originally skeptical of this mattress, being unfamiliar with the brand. This turned out to be a wonderful choice in mattress, as I having been sleeping comfortably since I purchased. The only real downside that I've noticed is that this mattress is very heavy, as stated in other reviews, but I was able to get it set up by myself. I'm looking forward to purchasing a second one for my guest room!
