Clean, Gentle and Actually Works
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but SkinSmart spray has absolutely earned it. I keep a bottle with me at all times—home, handbag, everywhere. What I love most is that it’s truly clean—no harsh chemicals, no stinging, no weird residue—just a gentle hypochlorous solution that actually works. Here’s how I use it daily: • Sanitizing my hands when I’m out (gas pumps, shopping carts, etc.) without drying my skin • Cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, or irritated skin • Freshening and sanitizing my face during breakouts or irritation • Spraying down my phone and high-touch surfaces • Even using it on personal items that need a quick, safe disinfect It’s one of those rare products that’s both effective and gentle enough to use constantly. If you’re trying to reduce exposure to harsh chemicals but still want something that truly sanitizes, this is it. I’ve repurchased multiple times and won’t be without it.

The ONLY thing that’s worked for me.
I wish I’d thought to take before/after photos, but—having dealt for weeks with the gross, blistery, weeping eczema that was completely covering my left-inner forearm and creeping up my other arm and my midsection—I was in no mood to collect photo evidence. Backstory on my eczema is I never had it as a kid and have none of the red flags, like asthma, sensitive skin, or allergies, that often correlate with eczema. I just started getting it in the last few years, and it only seems to flare up in the spring and summer, but when it does, it’s BAD, with one infected swath requiring a trip to urgent care and two prescriptions to clear it up. I spent months last year in oatmeal baths trying to get some relief. I was duly freaked out when it started up again this month. About a week and a half ago, feeling pretty miserable and knowing the most likely treatment a dermatologist would prescribe was a corticosteroid cream (which I prefer to avoid), I did an Amazon search for “eczema treatment.” The rave reviews for SkinSmart seemed too good to be true, but I liked that many were quite specific/descriptive and sounded as if they came from actual eczema sufferers. I didn’t love that it “smells like the pool,” but the price was right for a shot in the dark. I received the spray a week ago and immediately spritzed it generously all over my rash several times that day and each day since, applying and letting it dry completely after showering in the morning, again in the afternoon, and once more before bed. The fluid-filled blisters on my inner forearm started drying out within the first 24 hours, and by three days in were mostly gone. Within 5 days, all areas of rash had flattened out, and by that I mean: no blisters, no redness, and no swelling remaining. The spray also killed developing rash before it could get worse. The only remaining evidence of the horrid flare-up that made me want to crawl under a rock last week is some skin discoloration (which I know will eventually fade). The most impressive thing about this stuff is how quickly it starts working. It kicked in faster than the antibiotics and oral steroid I was prescribed when I had infected eczema a few years ago, without the nasty side effects. Does it smell like the pool? Yeah. Do I care? NOPE. Because IT WORKS. NOTE: This is not a moisturizing product. It dries out the rash and leaves fairly dry skin behind, but that’s easily remedied by using a moisturizer designed for eczema (I use Eucerin for Eczema or Cerave Eczema Oil) periodically. I used no moisturizing product for the first several days (per manufacturer’s advice), but once the blisters and gross crustiness had cleared up, I applied cream once daily after my morning application of SkinSmart had dried completely. The mystery of why I suddenly developed severe eczema in my late 40s remains unsolved, but I’m overjoyed to have found an affordable product that will help me kick its ass until I figure out how to prevent it altogether!

Good but I got scared!
This is a great product, but I’m always very weary of ordering anything through Amazon because I do want it through the actual brand store. I ordered through skin Smart store, and when I was asked to do a review, it said I got it from some skin magic or some other type of LLC. Now that I’ve done my own research I’ve discovered that it’s just the LLC that owns the brand, but it did scare the heck out of me because I’ve already put it on my son and his skin is very compromised. I suggest making that known without research for customers who are very concerned. Other than that, this is a nice product. It does burn my son a little bit, but his skin is very severe. We use it when he has a serious flareup because it seems to stop that in its tracks but then we do have to find something to seriously moisturize and it can’t be water-based. So it is difficult, but at least this stops the flareup.

Refreshing and it works!
I’ve been using this product for almost a year now and it has definitely helped with my face AND my scalp. After washing my hair, I will spray my hair down with it and massage it into my scalp. It also makes my hair soft. For my face, I will spray and let it air dry BEFORE I put other product on it. For the men that get flaked in their facial hair, you can use it there as well. I highly recommend. It NOT just water as some people have claimed it is. If it were just water then my skin would be clear so there.

Reliable
I have eczema & psoriasis and this is the only safe spray I have found to spray on top my eyelids. My eyelids get really dry, flaky and itchy when I have an eczema flare up and rub my eyes a lot. I’ve used it for several years and it’s always helped calm my flare ups. It will not cure your eczema or psoriasis but it will help with flare ups. I’ve tried lotions, creams but this is the only one I can safely spray on my eyelids. For my eyelids and around my eyes (eyes closed) as well as itchy eczema flareups I spray it and let it air dry or use a fan to dry it. I’ll definitely keep buying it. It’s the only thing that works for me.

Itching to stop the itching
I was hoping it would help stop the itching on my back from eczema but it only worked for maybe a half an hour.

Gentle and works well
This has helped me so much. I used it twice daily after I wash my face. I use it under my arms and any other place that sweats. It helps prevent body odor. I also experience facial flushing frequently. I am able to take one in my purse and a quick spritz really tamps down the redness. It seems to help keep my skin clear of eczema.

Good Product.
I'm currently suffering from terrible rash caused by medication I was prescribed, I got this product 24 hours ago and I do think it helped a lot. I'm guessing that this can't actually cure eczema or dermatitis---but it did reduce the inflamation, and keeps the site cleaner. This spray was cool and soothing, I used it several times. Today the rash is less inflamed, much less bothersome. I would purchase it again.
