Review: We really like our Zulu water cups. The bottom removes for easy filling from the fridge door dispensers and also for a good, thorough cleaning. Carrying them is easy. Just slip the built-in lid loop over a finger and we're good to go. The rubber bands break, but that's more of a convenience, and doesn't make the cup unusable. It's a great sturdy cup that lasts and looks quite nice.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this made ?**
A: Zulu is a part of Leapfrog Brands, based in Chicago. I could not figure out where manufacturing is done, but it appears that their design, development and management is all U.S. based.

**Q: What happens if you use for carbonated drinks?**
A: Nothing…. I use carbonated drinks in mine all the time. I just don’t fill it all the way up. If you fill it up to the top with any beverage it will seep out a little

**Q: Question for the manufacturer, can I get a replacement o ring for the base?**
A: I did not ask for a replacement O ring, however Zulu did send me a new lid to replace the broken rubber ring on the lid.  This part controls the auto open of the lid, which is livable but it was still under warranty, less than a year old.  Great customer service.

**Q: does the bottom leak?**
A: We order two. One black and one white. I opened the bottom to wash it. It leaked after reassembling it. I contacted the seller. They replaced it. The new one does not leak but I did not open it from the bottom again.
