Are the bristles soft enough to be used on wheels?

They're not in my opinion. This is the best tire scrubber out there in my opinion, but I've seen some soft brushes leave micro scratches in wheels before,,, especially black wheels. I'd use this exclusively for tires and get something separate for your wheels.
