Very nice tights, no these are not a true compression tight, lol i do have true compression tights, those you literally have to peel on, however these are an absolute bargain for the money, I do a lot of running and have a floating knee cap which a tight just puts enough pressure on for long distances I bought these as I’m just getting back in to running and didnt want to waste money on expensive kit that won’t fit in a month or two, having worn these though I will buy a few more pairs as they fit beautifully and are really comfortable

These are very tight fitting on the thigh, and quite thin. But seem good quality and are very light weight. Would recommend for running and sports. Probably a bit thin to wear to the gym. Phone pocket is a great addition. Over all very good.

I bought these for my boyfriends birthday. This brand was recommended to me by a friend who is a triathlete. They didn't dissapoint! They arrived promptly, in excellent condition and he absolutely loves them. He says the fit is perfect and they feel great, keeping him cool in the summer heat. These fit really nicely and the wicking ability of the fabric is great. They help you not to overheat as the moisture is evaporated, but they'll keep your legs warmer in colder mk ths than shorts alone.I got mine in black which is great as I found that most on the market were bright, wild colours. To be honest I'd rather not draw too much attention to myself, so that's a plus too.

I bought these to provide some warmth when canoeing (in addition to wearing shorts). Unfortunately they absorb water and overall I was colder than I would have been otherwise.So probably OK in the gym or out running in the dry but not suitable for getting wet

These are great I’m a size 34 and 6’ tall and M fit really well. Very comfortable and really good quality- will be ordering more. Excellent value for money and keep your legs warm during cold winter runs
