I love these - such an easy way to use garlic, nutmeg, parmesan and for zesting citrus fruit. They last such a long time too.

I ordered the grater mainly for hard cheeses. Its super sharp and handles even the hardest of parmesan without catching. The handle is sufficiently ergonomic for longer grating times, although it seldom needs this as its grating capabilities are superior to my last model. At the time of ordering it's on the high side price-wise but it does the intended job exceptionally well and I do not expect to need to replace it any time soon

Très qualitatif, la poignée est ergonomique et permet une bonne prise en main, la lame est solide et de très bonne qualité. Petit bémol sur l'emballage : il y a un étui de protection en plastique qui ne protège que la partie zesteur. L'article m'a été envoyé dans une simple enveloppe et il y a des griffes sur la poignée. C'est un peu dommage de n'avoir pas prévu une protection complète, d'autant que je comptais l'offrir mais le zesteur est intact, ce qui est le principal. Bonne surface d'utilisation et ultra pratique !

Este es el rallador más sorprendente que he tenido el placer de usar. ¡Es increíble! Al rallar limones/naranjas, no se ralla absolutamente ninguna médula junto con la cáscara y es muy rápido y fácil. El único inconveniente de este rallador es tener que pasar un cuchillo por debajo de la curva de la parte inferior cuando se lava para eliminar los restos de cáscara, ajo o queso rallado.

Indispensable en la cocina de un buen chef. Es el mejor rallador de fruta del mundo. No vale la pena gastar en replicas. El original tiene filo que dura hasta que los gusanos te coman. No se desafila con nada. Soy fanatica y lo compraria una y mil veces. El placer de rallar un limon con ese producto no tiene precio ni comparacion
