Adorable, soft floppy kitties!
Bought all of the cats in this line for my granddaughter. They are so adorable I even bought one for myself. My granddaughter plays with these toys every day. We have special names for each of them. We love to play with these kitties! Now all we need the Manhattan Toy Co. to do is create a floppy cat that is a cream Tortie and a Siamese and a Himalayan. She also wants a floppy kitty that is a Hemingway kitty with extra toes. These are absolutely the cutest and funniest toys I’ve ever seen. I accidentally reordered one (that buy now button is really easy to hit) and I was going to send it back, but instead I gave it to a friend’s little girl. She’s been carrying it everywhere with her and sleeping with it at night. It’s been years since I’ve run across toys with so much appeal. While we realize it would be tough for a company to create a Tortie kitty, we were thinking they could do it with tie dye. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that there are some new floppy kitties on the way. We recommend these kitties to anyone with a child or grandchild. (Or even a grandma in her seventies)! They’re so soft and floppy, and you can pose them. It’s hilarious. Edited to add a picture. This is the cutest toy ever. 3/2021: As an update, we have recently added two additional Ginger kitties and one additional black kitty to our collection, and they are absolutely adorable, soft and totally huggable. My granddaughter and I play with these kitties at least two or three times a week. Last week we took them on virtual Disneyland rides, and a few weeks ago we took them to virtual art museums. It was a fun way to learn about art history for my granddaughter while still making it fun. I also bought my daughter (an adult) a Ginger, and she loves it, too. These kitties have entertained us for hours on end during the pandemic. They really bring out a child’s imagination. We have hilarious names for them and they each have a different imaginary personality based on their names and the expressions in their eyes. I think these are a wonderful toy for kids of any age. They are floppy enough that you can pose them in a million positions and take pictures of them with the kids for years of great memories. I give them as gifts to friends’ kids, and I see them carrying them around with them wherever they go. The only caveat is that your child will soon want a real kitty to go along with the toy ones. But then, there’s no such thing as too many kitties.

In a First, I actually thought it was Cuter then My duaghter did...
So this year, my daughter gave me a very short list. So I bought her a few surprises, some came from Amazon, some did not. This was one of the Amazon surprises. I looked at it and thought she would totally fall in love with that face. To even my feline jaded heart it looks super cute. For her, she felt like the ears came looking very down, which made the cat look sad. I told her the one she got looked more sour and grumpy (the one shown online looks more pleading and wistful to me), but since she seems to love the snarky kitties, maybe that could be ok to? I gave her the option of returning it, because I could tell it wasn't pinging a 5 star toy on her happiness meter, but she said she wanted to keep it. So I think for her, it's a 4 star toy. I just don't want to ask her, because I know she'll feel torn and not want to say that to my face. The ears on ours are slightly more down then the one in the picture, and I think for her that's the thing that had her feeling it looked more sad. But my Jedi mind tricks seemed to have convinced her Ziggy's sarcastic and not sad, but she did give this one a new name. I am certain she likes it enough not to return it because when I asked her if she was sure she told me to stop pressuring her to return it, she totally wanted it. So, this one was a little bit of a misfire, but she still liked it enough to keep it. For ours, the seams appear fine so far as I can tell, there are no other deformities that I can find, and I totally like the pads on the paws, they are gray, and in this cloth that has a suede like texture, and I thought it gave the kitty more visual interest. And she mentioned that she likes the fact that the way it's shaped allowed it to ride on her shoulder, and we joked about how this kitty might be able to out-sour Catzilla and give him the stink eye every time he decided to drop his kitty poop grenades on our floor. If only that would really serve as a deterrent...so I dub this to be my favorite kind of kitty, the stuffed kind, that has the appearance of being snarky or sad without the actual physical evidence of it's displeasure showing up underfoot.

Cute floppy cat, definitely worth it
Cute little cat, Extremely floppy but I like that, she has a bit less fur in the middle of her stomach so she can flop. She has an expression that looks like she’s always grumpy so that’s cute. Her paws have little pads and they have beans in them. And she’s sooo soft. Worth the money

Guys she's so cute and soft!
I have been on the hunt for the perfect stuffy for my Dash board. Been looking for a few months and told myself I would know it when I saw it! Guys this derpy lanky cat plush is the cutest and softest thing! I def recommend as it is good quality and stitching is made to last. The tail is soft but holds its structure and shape well. Both my daughters are obsessed so we will be ordering at least 2 more hahaha

Not our first and probably not our last Lanky Cat
This combined my 3 year old daughter’s favorite color with her favorite animal so I am sure from her point it’s 5 stars all around. We have 2 Ziggy Lanky Cats that she loves so when they came out with this one I knew she would love it as well. Now from my perspective, they are over priced and oddly sized. The fur gets “old” quickly, within a couple days of being carried around the fur gets clumpy and has the appearance of being dried in the dryer. I think Ziggy is the only lanky cat that isn’t fluffy so he piled more than clumped like Mochi. They are however, cute in an alien cat kind of way and a good size for toddlers. My daughter likes them and plays with them often so I’m sure we will buy more when I find them reasonably priced.

The Perfect Pet!
I love plushies! This is one of the cutest ones I’ve seen! Super soft, cuddly, and the sweetest expression! I placed it on a bookshelf. People do a double take because they think he’s real! He’s been the perfect pet!❤️

I had to have him!
This kitty is so adorable, I just love him! He's very soft and floppy, and is just what I was looking for. Yes, I got him for myself, even though I'm in my 60's! My real cat died in 2020, and I can't have another one at this point in my life. I've been looking for a plush cat that I could hold and stroke, and this is the one. I've bought a few other plush cats, but they were all just kind of stiff and fixed in one position. As other people have said, this kitty is about the size of a kitten, and looks like it's very well made. Definitely worth the price.

So different but so adorable - I love him!
As someone who loves ands collects cats I have no idea how I missed these "Lanky Cat"s by Manhattan toys until now! I came across "Ziggie" the black cat by accident when I was looking for a cute plush cat as a pressie. One look at those huge sad looking kitty eyes and I had to buy one of these for myself. This is not a typical cutesy plush cat, his ears are to the side, he has proper cat eyes and different proportions to most toy kitties too - but for me this is a good thing. The middle section is deliberately less stuffed so that you can pose him in kitty style like a real one and I think that's both fun and adorable. His huge eyes are clear and vivid with an eyebrow section that gives him a lot of character and he also has a curled long tail and weighted beanie paws which have a soft grey material different to the soft black faux fur of his coat. The eyes are secure and his is stiched perfectly and very well made, with a label for Manhattan toys attached. Ziggie is my new desk buddy and I find it fun to pose him on my work desk. He does *not* come with a collar, the cat in the pictures is my own and I bought him a collar (a real one for kittens) to match his green eyes, but he does look exactly like the pictures other than the collar. I would say give him a chance because this little kitty is a fun and different plushie that would make a sweet gift - he is super cuddly and very cute in his own way. I would definitely be happy gifting one and in fact he is very popular with my family. I got mine on offer so I think he was great value for money at around £12, but even at full price I would still buy one - he's adorable and totally worth it. I wish they made more of these as I would be collecting them for sure (I already bought one more!!)
