Why did you pick this product vs others?: This isn't for everyone, but I love it because it has solved the problem I was having. My pillow compacted and I would wake up with neck and shoulder pain especially in the right side. This fits neck perfectly and used with my pillow gives me perfect neck and head support. No shoulder pain at all now.

Hinoki cypress wood is a gorgeous wood but the dimensions of this didn't work for me as a neck stretch but was very good to work the arches of the feet on so I would recommend it for that if the dimensions don't work for your cervical spine work. Hinoki wood is also a very hard wood so keep that in mind also when working with this wood.

I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and my doctor suggested using this pillow to help with neck alignment. I was very skeptical when I received this product as it was not comfortable at first. However, over time I began to notice a decrease in neck pain. I suggest using a small towl over the wood for added comfort.

My wife likes it...I'm not a fan, but it is for her and she likes it...so 5 stars.

For doing some of the exercises this product doesn’t serve the purpose , it’s too short. Otherwise the quality is very good 😊

I just received this, but couldn’t wait to open & try. It’s the perfect size. I have foam rollers, which are great, but this is a better size for my neck. I also love it for my low back. Can’t wait to use it more. I love the smooth wood. I didn’t notice any scent of wood, which would’ve been an added benefit, but it’s very useful & appears good quality.

This is very nice, lightweight, good smell, I use it occasionally under my neck when lying on the floor and also a bit as lumbar support when sitting in a chair. It is small, so worth checking the dimensions before you buy.

It is excellent to stretch your neck. one comment that I may add is that there is a specific smell, which is normal to the species of cedar that this neck-roll is made of.

For old age people is good. Very comfart.

well as you look at it ..it is just a piece of wood but it is very well shaped has the perfect size and curvature for the neck,spine, knees etc. I use it on my back as a back rest in the office chair.. and while I watch the news I use it to rest my lower back...very relaxing...but remember it is a hard surface so one needs to get acustomed to it...slowly.
