I love this product! My heart goes out to the people that have had bad experiences with the product but I absolutely love this version of the medicine/slam ball. It's versatility is hard to beat and it is a very durable product! I recommend you add one of this to your equipment list! My wife and I both use this product on an almost daily basis! Great slam ball. It's a bit larger in diameter than I'm used to, but the textured surface makes it easier to hold onto. It's smaller than a medicine ball but could still work for wallballs. It does not bounce, FYI.

Crazy work out, has sand inside which keeps your work-out fluid. The surface has great texture, no surface slipping even when sweaty, tough ball, have used it about 3 weeks now and really feel the results.

I bought this for my two younger sons. I had been working soccer ball throw ins with them and figured a slam ball would help improve core strength to make them stronger for the throw ins. It has worked as they can now throw in a soccer ball quite a bit further than before they started using the slam ball.This is a very good quality slam ball. I have used it a few times and I slam it pretty hard against the concrete floor in my garage and it is holding up well.

This was the second slam ball I have purchased. I know that TRX is a great brand and so that's what I went by when trying to figure out which to buy. I love that it has the tire tread like outside...makes gripping that much easier...but there is a lot of room inside the ball which can off set you when doing things like lumberjacks or around the worlds.Good product, just a little 'loose' feeling for my taste.

I got the 10 pounder then the 6 pounder (I realize I have to grow into the 10 pounder). Unlike traditional medicine balls, when you slam it, it ain’t trying to help you out by giving you a little bounce back. It’s called a dead slam ball for a reason. Like a sack of sand, it, for the most part, is going to rest not too far off from where you dropped it. LOL! Be prepared for a work out. With “tread and knots” like a tire, you will find these balls to be very easy to grip as well. I must warn though, if you’re sensitive to chemical smells these will smell pretty strong (rubberized odor) for a few days and the smell may get on your hands. Aside from that, and because those smells don’t bother me, I highly recommend this product.
