Perfectly fits in a regular recliner chair. The different settings like “roll” and “tap” go across every section, so if you want to de-select one like not have the vibration on just the neck or low back, it defaults to just plain vibration. ( you can’t have the preset programs/vibration patterns unless you’re ok with it being across the entire thing.) I personally have pain in my low back, so I really like being able to turn the massager on for every section EXCEPT the low back to avoid discomfort. Much more gentle than a typical “kneading” massager, the vibration can be 1 of 3 strengths. The lowest option is still strong but there’s no pressure from the massage, not deep muscle massaging just gentle buzzing on your back. The heat can be turned on and off individually for the seat and back, either low or regular. (You can do no heat, heat on just one, low heat on one and regular heat on the other, etc.) the plug/cord is long enough to reach a wall outlet pretty easy but an extension cord could bring this to any chair. The material is a comfortable soft, the fabric doesn’t get uncomfortable with the heat. The remote is simply designed/easy to understand, and attached to the massager with a cord so you can’t loose it but there is also a side pocket to store it if wanted. Overall comfortable and relaxing. You can even just use the heat without any massage settings on so it will be nice in the winter. I recommend this, I’m not sure how long it will hold up I just got it a week ago.

Bought this for a relative as a gift. She has some chronic back problems related to disc issues. When I gave it to her I asked her to use it at least 3 times a day and then let me know in a week or so how it helped or didn't help her condition. Her answer? She said "It's a God send!" She loves it. Will never be without one now. The heat and massage allow her pain to gradually decrease during the day with regular use. The 2nd benefit is, the thing relaxes all the muscles and tissues in her back that normally tense up with pain. That whole pain-tense-up thing then more pain is a feedback loop that leads to more pain and more tensing up etc. It is a vicious cycle. By interrupting that cycle she feels better over all and is in a better mood. The new cycle then becomes feels better + more relaxed = more pain free or at least as much pain free as is possible with heat and massage. She ain't cured by any means but she feels a hell of a lot better now. Good product. Would buy again.

This was a great buy for me. No it doesn’t roll it vibrates. It heats up and that’s what I wanted. Having issues with my nerves I didn’t want anything that was going to cause anymore problems or I wouldn’t be able to use. I love the different options I have. Even in the intense mood I can tolerate it. It does help with my lower back and sciatic nerve pain I have. It eases the pain to allow it to subside on its own. Some of the others I had in the past didn’t work as well as this one. It is very sturdy and fits perfectly in my glider. The only con I have to this is that when I select a certain position I only have the vibration not the other. Over all I recommend this product.

I’m usually satisfied with this brand HOWEVER this one I just got is made differently from the others I’ve bought! The material is thinner, not much padding and you can really feel the massagers, the massagers for the neck area are NOT at the neck area they are lower and I actually buy it specifically for my neck!!! So I won’t be buying this brand ever again!!!!! Not happy!!!!!!!

I actually never used this item. I opened the box and it was so heavy and thick I didn't know what to do with it. It weighs a ton and is probably over two inches thick. The back is bright ugly yellow. It is too thick to use comfortably on a regular chair. When not in use trying to put such a huge item would require way too much space. The idea seemed good with heat and vibration on the lower back and thighs. It just seems like a good idea not thought through for normal use or storage when not in use.

I really enjoyed using this back massager. The vibration was more than enough for me. I use it whenever I have anxiety attacks and it calms me down. Absolutely recommend.

Bought this as a gift. Excellent. Highly recommend. Great for anyone with back issues or someone who spends a lot of time sitting or working on a computer.

Lo coloque es un sillón reclinado y trabaja bien. No le di 5 estrellas porque solo vibra, no da masajes circulares, aun así se siente bien. Excelente para finalizar un día cansado. Tiene una cintas para ajustarlo al asiento del auto y el cargador puede cambiarse por un adaptador de auto supongo, pero no viene incluido.
