Whenever I use a product designed for the skin, I'm sometimes not sure of what to expect. That was especially true with this. In fact, I found it originally a little confusing. Not a whole lot in the way of instructions, though what is there is accurate. In fact, I first assumed that this was for the face rather than the entire body, so that's where I used this. Having skin that's sensitive enough that I have to be careful with scrubs and some other types of products so that I don't end up breaking out, I was a little unsure of this when first using. This did not cause me any sort of irritations or breakouts at all, so yes, this is clearly safe, and even desirable, to use on the face. In fact, I absolutely loved the results and may continue doing so. With that said, yeah, it's great for the rest of the body too.The lip balm is quite good. The sort that sooths, heals and stays with you for hours providing you don't eat it off.The scrub is quite grainy. It will definitely exfoliate your skin. I wouldn't use this over sunburned or irritated skin, but it's great for sloughing away unwanted debris when your skin is in its normal state. Cleans well without too much mess.It's the coconut melt that really impressed me. A somewhat hard paraffin like substance. Was absolutely impressed with how silky soft and creamy smooth that it left my skin feeling to the touch. Very moisturized without any oily or greasy residuals left behind on the surface of the skin. Felt very clean and luscious without the mess. Even seemed as though it would be clean and gentle enough for most oily and problematic skin.After using the coconut melt, you will be left with the scent of coconut. It's the good, clean food grade quality sort of smell. Not that heavy, cloying tropical sort that smells like you've spent the day at the beach basting in the sun. Totally different. It's the sort that you'll want to keep around, not wash away. I did notice a light whiff now and then for about 3 hours after use and then it went away.Though they call these jars minis, they are of a fairly decent size which surprised me. They'll last you for a good while depending on how crazy you might go with this. The lip balm is a normal sized tube.Very good for all skin types and is just as good and clean to use on the face as it is along the body. Great for both men and women.

Don't just read my review, but lots of others.......I've always used good products on my face and was ready for a change. Someone had recommended Kopari, so I read plenty of reviews. I even contacted the company, and for some strange reason, they 'only' email answers to questions. Their phone number only has an outgoing (annoying) message indicating no one will respond. That was the beginning of the frustration. I was glad to find this sample kit, not wanting to waste money on a regular size. Thank heavens for Amazon's awesome return policy!The scrub has large pieces of coconut shells and was soooooooo painful, it felt like it had shards of glass for exfoliation. They were incredibly sharp. The residue left behind made my face feel like it was still dirty, and I had to really scrub to get it all off. Good that I was in the shower and not the tub. Imagine the mess after a bath!The so-called moisturizer smelled great, but it felt like it simply coated my face, instead of absorbing. Course, it wasn't cologne, and I don't buy facial products for the aroma. It came out of the container pretty firm, melted in my hands, then I quickly put it on my face. It rubbed in sort of okay, but it still felt kind of greasy. On a day off from work, I tried again... waited for it to absorb, then put more on. Same results.The lip gloss tasted sooooooooo naaaaaaaaaasty! You're bound to taste anything you put on your lips. This stuff felt just like petroleum jelly - definitely doesn't have the 'moisturizing' characteristic that's described on the website, the box, or anywhere you're reading about Kopari. Sticky too... felt awful on my lips.Maybe the company is targeting a different crowd, or from a 'different area', but they've missed the boat. Another thing, consider that most of the reviews are from 'vine voice' folks, but very few others. That's another odd reason to give you pause before buying. There's lots of better products out there.

Too bad they didn’t include the lip gloss! Really frustrating.

Smell and consistency seemed exactly same as the coconut oil I use for cooking . Was not texture I was expecting, for lotion. The bath scrub is nice but I've liked other products better, same with lip gloss it is nice but nothing that puts it above any other lip products.

I have used so many Kopari products and this kit is no misnomer ... these really are the favorites!First, the scrub! It smells incredible. It is just a subtle, gentle coconut fragrance. And, the scrub aspect is perfect: it is not so abrasive that it hurts, but it definitely makes your skin softer. And, I love how effortlessly this rinses! A truly fantastic product!And the melt is perfect after the scrub. If you've never used this, you are in for such a surprise/treat. At first, this feel kind of hard ... and then it begins to liquify. I mean skin just drinks this up! I can use it in excess and my skin loves it! It has a clean,. subtle scent and it makes your skin so touchable! (And, not one bit greasy or slippery!)The lip gloss is super easy to use. It is not sticky, but it is totally soothing! A true fav!This set is amazing for folks who want to take it on vacation or just sample these for the first time. Each product is a winner! Love, love, love!

I am so disappointed. This line is amazing and one of the few lines I support my daughters to use. I recently ran out of their favorite lip gloss , so I saw Amazon carried this gift set and purchased it immediately. I usually buy in store but was excited to try this gift set… it is old!!!! Someone tried to reseal with old tape and one of the three products was missing.
