Review: Great Eyeliner for the Lady Bikers - I've been using Julep make up for years and years. I'm ecstatic that I can buy it on desertcart and get it in a day or two. Their eye liner is top notch. A: The pencil tip is small at first but it is also soft. I think a liquid would be better for what you described. I want a soft gel smudge and this works well for that. I also dust with eye shadow right away to set it.

A: You don’t push up the tip, you sharpen it just like a pencil. You can buy a small hand held pencil sharpener like you would for school or even better, you can find one in every cosmetics section of any drug store, they work great. You’ll be glad you bought one. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to write one for this product. I've always had really watery eyes and struggle to find a good eyeliner that stays in place. I brought this one as it was cheaper than the leading brand and I read some reviews saying that it wasn't worth the price. But I think it is definitely worth it. When applying it you need to make sure your waterline is clean and dry before applying or it will smudge. I had to try a few times to get it right but now I have done it a few times I've worked it out. I would recommend using this if you struggle to keep your eyeliner in place all day, and if you have watery eyes if dry them first then it should work well. I put this on this morning at about 8am, I have been busy doing bits and pieces and went out in the rain and wind and it has stayed in place. I haven't tried sharpening it yet which I heard was one of the down sides to it but I'm sure if you have a good quality sharpener then I think it will be fine.
