Kingnice 600 Milliliter 2.5 Cup Stainless Steel Pouring Over Gooseneck Kettle for Coffee or Tea

I am very confused by all the high reviews and can only assume the reviews are based on aesthetics rather than function. Anyone who has actually used this kettle to heat water would have found out upon its first use that it is essentially, unusable. Once the water is heated and ready to be poured, the handle is scorching hot. Even getting a pot handle around the small handle is a difficult task, and I burnt mine on the hot-plate while attempting to grab the handle. Overall, very frustrating, and very disappointed. I will no doubt be returning.

Unlike other similar kettles, this doesn't come plastered with ugly Chinese logos. Was worried about the quality considering how cheap it is but it's rock solid. Forgot it on a trip once and bought it again without hesitation. Have yet to find a sexier kettle.

This kettle looks great, but it spews water out of the gooseneck as it heats up. I liked Old Faithful when I saw it in Yellowstone, but I don't need it erupting on my stove every morning. It's also so small that unless you're heating it with a cigarette lighter, the handle will be scorching hot by the time you're ready to pour - not an ideal hazard for us non-morning people to navigate while we wait for the fog of REM to wear off.

Not great: as soon as the water starts to boil, it spills all over the oven through the goodeneck drip in rhythmic shoots. Not only I have to wipe the oven but I also don't have enough of water for 2 coffees

Pouring water using this kettle has made our coffee taste nicer. From before, I would just pour directly from our electric water kettle and too much water would come out. This helps capture the flavor more effectively because of its thin spout.

This is a really nice little kettle and well made with thick metal that retains heat well. The flip side is it’s a bit heavy at 406g vs the Hario at twice the capacity at 417g.
