I love the waxed amaryllis. It is fun to see them grow and bloom right before your eyes!! Usually 4 blooms and they seem to bloom twice then go dormant.

So easy. Gave these for Mother's Day. Bloomed within a month with 4-5 flowers. Easy set-up with no work or maintenance. Perfect for an elderly loved one to brighten their day. Good quality. Worth every penny! Bought these over the others because the white blooms looked more like spring to me. Only improvement would be to be able to include a gift card or at least some way to identify who they came from when sending as a gift. I would think that most who purchase these are gifting them . . . Update, only one bloom in a month, the second bloomed this past week (2 1/2 months later) with 2 beautiful blooms on it. My mom was delighted. The gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely gift these again!

attractively decorated bulbs w/ a snowy white fluffy stuff w/ sparkles over the red wax covered bulb....very festive for the Christmas season !! I wish they had them for Valentines Day, Mother's Day or season around for Birthdays . These single bulbs ...each in a clear plastic 5 inch tall and 5 inch wide cylindrical vase. One single bulb in 1 vase produced 1 stem with 3 long lasting huge red blooms on a 15" stem then another stem just as high developed and now has 3 full blooms on it and 2 other blooms about to bloom as well. I see another stem just starting to peep through the top of the bulb so looks like many more blooms to follow.from this one bulb ! I have a second bulb from this same company purchased at the same time...in the same type vase etc.. It just bloomed for the first time...a huge lovely red flower which is about 6 weeks after the first bulb began blooming. I can see 4 new 1-2 inch tall shoots growing at top of this bulb so I expect to see more blooms for from this bulb as well.No amaryllis bulbs I ever purchased for Christmas Gifts from other companies looked as festive from the get go, bloomed as well with multiple large blooms that last quite awhile as these. Just so pleased with these this year. Will never use any other company for my Amaryllis Bulb Christmas Gifts. Great for Senior Citizens..male or female...a wonder to watch them develop from a single bulb that has no stems whatsoever when it arrives ! . I gave one to a 95 yr old family grandfather last year and he loved watching it develop into beautiful flowers before his eyes! Truly...requires no care..no watering...no repotting. Mine are on the top of my china cabinet in my dining room that has bay windows with curtains that block some of the sunlight. This room has a 5 light fixture over the dining room table and this light fixture is on most of the time as we spend a lot of the day in that room.

This plant was in a clear plastic tube and great for gift giving. I ordered two but will order more in the future. Everyone loved how it looked and the idea it would bloom with no care.

I’ve had them for several months. I purchased one with two items and another just one item. The second one is halfway grown the first two have grown about a quarter of an inch and that’s it. No flowers of course I sent notice to the manufacturer haven’t heard from him haven’t heard from Amazon either. What’s up?

Have always loved the amaryllis for its simple beauty

My sisters and I have shared the amaryllis blooms every year. The sister I got these two bulbs for is steadfast in her love for her husband who is fighting stage 4 cancer. They have been married 54 years. In a telephone conversation about amaryllis over the Christmas holidays she said I do not have one this year. My heart sunk and I knew i had to find one for her. Amazon had the perfect pair, one for her and one for her husband. In gorgeous red. Both bulbs are about to open fully and it is now the Easter Season. Faith and love
