I knew Tupperware brand has same kind of product, but I felt it was very costly so never bought it. Then one day I saw this product at one of my friends place, got good review from her. So ordered it, n here i am writing some words for it.It is really very easy to use n cleanIt chops veggies so finely that one will surely love itBest for salad & masala papadI tried chopping below veggiesOnions (3 medium size at once) for vegetables, pasta, thalipth etcTomatoes (same as above)GarlicChilliesSpinach for paratha n dal-palakCabbageOnly one think i felt that it should have been lil bigger in size

Good material and very sturdy. Blades are well designed and does the work. The string also has a good mechanism better than PIGEON.I had a PIGEON which was first in the market, I again made the work easy but the lower bowl in which the upper portion locks in, that lock broke within 10-15 days. As of now this brand has amuch better material used. Using it for more that 20 days and no issues at all.

Easy to use. But need to chop the veggie bit before putting it in. Helps in fine chopping of onion, cabbage, carrots etc

Within 10 days rotary axis point broken. Call to customer service. They said technician will visit within 24 hour. No technician visited yet after 8 days. But a massage received " Dear Customer, Your service request no. UP0909190028 is attended and resolved. Should you need any further assistance, may please call us at on 18002660788 between 10 AM to 6 PM on working day."So i call to wonder chef customer care again . They said that they raised a reminder to service center ant wait for 7 to 8 working days.What !What a cheat company and service is this ?Please never buy wonderchef product coz service is worst.

First thing. It is not as per description in the picture. It is too tiny., It can't accommodate more than one piece vegetableSecond, I'm not able to open it at all. It's locked all sides
