I bought it to pull a B&W fifth wheel hitch out of my Ram 3500 during the offseason, and it does a great job. It came with a wall mount that was perfect to mount on the inside of the garage door header, and I simply back under the hitch and lift it out. I do have to hook the cable end to the wall mount and the main unit up to the hitch, so it's upside down from traditional hook up, but it doesn't know it's upside down! It has a wireless and wired remote as well as controls on the unit itself. There are 'things' that are not perfect with this unit for example stickers pealing off, wireless remote battery access panel was shipped installed upside down making it difficult to open, but neither of which limits its functionality and a little screwdriver and patience fixed the remote battery access panel. It is a bit loud and beware the speed that it moves when you first use it. For the price those minor issues are a nit. I would definitely buy this unit again.
