These seem to work and help with my blood flow. BUT you may not get 120 capsules in bottle . my be about 8-10 less, I've ordered them twice and another bottle of something else both claiming to have 120 capsules took both at same time and the NutriFlair came up short both times taking them. wrote date on bottle when starting each to which one was short by taking 2 per day , Both times this bottle came up short for the 2 month period .

I began taking this supplement along with Red Yeast Rice in October 2025. I took both supplements religiously and made no other dietary or lifestyle changes. My labs were drawn in October and again in April and the short answer is they work! But, depending on how much you need your cholesterol to drop will likely determine whether you can get by with a supplement vs. a prescription medication. Here are my results. Total cholesterol: 208 to 200 Triglycerides: 95 to 83 HDL: 51 to 61 LDL: 137 to 121 CHO/HDL ratio: 4.1 to 3.3
