Anyone else have problems with the bottle not allowing spay to dispense? I sprayed for 20 minutes and the bottle was still full. The switch was on.

I had same problem. I have tried three different bottles and sprayed for an hr each time with nothing happening!! Water was on and spray bottle was in on on.

can you use it in a fogger

This is tp be attached to a water hose for use in the yard, not inside the house. I suppose you could use it in the garage. I don't know, I have a detached garage.
