I bought these vitamins because my eczema was bad and I was desparate.I don't think it helped with my skin but my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. Arrived swiftly. I needed something to help my nails after trying gel nails, they were only on two weeks but totally ruined my nails, they were sore, sensitive snd weak. My nails do feel stronger, I do recommend giving them a go

Really easy to take, taste great. I have got new hair growth recently since taking these (though I do take biotin and collagen supplements too and have been for years) which is a new thing. My hairdresser thinks my hair is thicker and definitely in better condition. I have dip nails so can't really comment on them. A good product l think.

I've bought more expensive vitamins before and they've done way less than these! My hair has been growing a lot quicker and thicker. My nails aren't growing much faster, but that may be down to idle picking at them, but they are growing stronger.There's not a strong taste to them, they do taste a bit watered down, but if they work, then does it really matter?
