The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is that these are HUGE pills and difficult to swallow. I wish they would work on the formulation to make them smaller. Otherwise they seem fine.

It is a great CoQ10 product!

This product is a complete rip-off. There is no COQ10, or the COQ10 has crystallized, in all this company’s lots. This affects the Ubiquinol product from this company as well. Over the last 3 1/2 years I had had my blood pressure under control with two other brands of COQ10 (Ubiquinone) and another company’s brand of Ubiquinol. At the end of January 2017, I switched to this brand of Ubiquinol, because -- wow -- no soy. Two weeks later the blood pressure started to increase. I looked everywhere else for the cause, and tried other supplements as well. Beginning in mid-February I switched to this brand of COQ10 at doses as high as 1200mg per day. No effect. The blood pressure continued to go up. This brand was the last placed I looked for what went wrong. I’ve gone back to a trusted brand, and am on the way back to where I was. COQ10 is known to improve the function of myocardial and arterial smooth muscle, and this will lower blood pressure, due to improved cardiovascular performance. If you are not getting even this benefit, then you are also not getting any of the other antioxidant benefits of COQ10. Look elsewhere.

I would have notified the seller directly, but for some reason, I can only contact the seller regarding other items in my order and not this one. We have used Ubiquinol for several years and have been very happy with it. This time the product came with about 1/3 of the pills deformed and thus unusable. This has never happened before, but it's an expensive product to have to throw away 1/3 of it.

This is a great product that works. For me it took 3 to 4 months to see results.
