As someone who runs a small home bakery and is very health conscious geared, this sugar from quality to price is hands down a staple in my bakery. I have tried a many coconut sugars and none of them compare from taste to texture.

I use it like any sweetener. Bake, sprinkle, blend. It tastes delicious. I baked a banana bread & used it 1 for 1 in the recipe, no sugar crash after consuming. It darkens the color a little, I don’t see that as a problem. If there are clumps, they can easily be broken up with fingers or utensils.

Good stuff, better than the refined junk. Always good products from Anthony's. Nice price too.

It’s very good for a brown cain sugar replacement and healthier if you just get the craving for a sweet snack without blowing your whole diet… No one should need it for everyday so this large of bag help me keep myself and grandkids happy with a little more than fruit. 4 stars because it’s so expensive but what isn’t. This is about the best I’ve found stays dry and granulated stirs into mixes and cooks and bakes with no problem.. yep really like this brand and product!! And remember not to look 😂

Good stuff. I love this for baking, rather than using regular sugar whenever I can. It gives sweet goodies a nice flavor.

Have been using this for several years, love it! Especially in chocolate chip cookies 👍. Measures same a refined sugar but tastes much better.
