For $37.99 this is a great suit. It fits loosely and allows for movement. I ordered a 3xl and it fit loosely. I’m 5’7 and 250 lbs. My leg length in jeans is about 31-32 and these could fit a taller person if needed. if I ever need another one, I’m buying this same one. It’s kinda bulky but that’s because it’s heavy duty. Easy to put on. Appears to be a size bigger than what I normally use, but I like the room. I could’ve probably bought a 2xl and it still fit.

The suit is definitely light so you forget it's on besides the sweat. The material is thick bur you will have to get a size or 2 above what you medd, especially if you are muscular. Its stitched well amd has good length but not too long. The pockets are shallow though.

This sauna suit has been amazing so far. Saunas have had a lot of research and development with how they affect the human body whether that is through an actual sauna or a sauna suit simply going in one or putting on a sauna suit will make you sweat a lot more it will be better for your heart health and it will be better for losing weight as the water that is stored in the body gets depleted and excreted and it helps you to keep off water weight it can also be really beneficial for losing a few pounds of water weight if you have an event coming up or any place where you need to look your best. The sizing was accurate so far there are no rips or tears at all the material thickness is just right and it does not need daily washing from what I can tell so far just air drying it is perfectly fine. if you do choose to wash it however it will dry really fast with the air.

To clarify the title, I originally bought the XL size for myself, a medium size for my friend, and 3XL size for myself once again. In 2024, the year I ordered this sauna suit, I was 250 pounds and finally decided to lose weight due to Dragon Ball’s author Akira Toriyama’s passing. I tried on the XL suit and it was fitted on me because I thought it would be loose. But ended up wearing it and it made me sweat A LOT. However, my commitment to fitness was lackluster, though I was still serious about it, because I was still 250 pounds. I ended up giving away the XL suit to my friend and she liked it due to the fact it gives her more flexibility to move around. That’s when I ordered the 3XL suit and it worked out perfectly for me - and still does! Since this new year (2025 to clarify depending on whenever you, the reader, see this review), I finally took fitness and training seriously along with changing my diet for the better. As of this writing, I went from 250 to between 218 and 220, as my goal is to get to 200 pounds before the end of this year. If you need a high quality sauna suit to wear for workouts and training, this one is for you!

I bought this product for my workouts. Of course, I have to lose weight. And to tell you the truth, you don't even have to work out to break a sweat in this outfit. I threw It On the morning after I bought it and I took a ride. The ride was about an hour or so. I was already sweating. I took a one mile walk and by the time I got back to my car I was drenched. And that's a good thing because that's what I wanted to do; sweat! I wear a t-shirt under this thing. If you don't, would you take off that outfit, you better have a mop. You literally have a bag full of water. And again, that's a good thing because, you want to sweat. Value for the money? Yes. Seem quality? Yes. It does have a smell after you sweat in it the first time. But that's expected. The only drawback is that the pockets are not that deep. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five. But the overall quality is top-notch.
