They cut the jerky into small pieces. I like the big pieces as it's fun to rip strips off with my teeth as I snack on it.2. It feels drier now than before as well making it harder to eat.3. They also removed the plastic holder inside the plastic wrap, I guess to save money.This was my favorite beef jerky. I will buy it a few more times to make sure this is not a permanent change.
