MySmile UC605 Electric Toothbrush, 80+ Day Battery, 6 Heads & Travel Case

A YEAR LATER UPDATE: yes, still and amazing product. Most of all, the battery life is uncanny. And, I was wondering if my phone charger would work - YES it does! Highly recommend this great tooth brush! However, a negative - the manufacturer NEVER responded to my questions .... One month update: still loving it, and still hating inability to charge it any other way than USB ... no word from the company ... What can I say other than all positive reviews are absolutely true! Super cute and looks like it's well made. Option to select the modes and levels is great, especially the fact that you can toggle between modes WHILE using the brush. I was going to get another Philips Sonic, but ... prices??? Ridiculous! What's more ridiculous is the price of replacement brushes. So my search put forth this MySmile thingie - never heard of them (too bad, everyone should know about them)! What I like the best is that it is a domestic product and not made in China. That made up my mind and I ordered it, if for no other reason (like tons of great reviews) but for the fact that it's US made. One complaint though, and I didn't deduct stars for it - the video shows a plug in charge, and mine is only USB charge ... I wonder if one of my phones' chargers can be used to plug it into the regular wall socket? Or if the manufacturer can supply that bit? That would be perfect.

This is a review for "MySmile UC605 Series Electric Toothbrush, with Advanced Sonic Toothbrush Technology & 60+ Days Rechargeable Battery Life, 5 Modes with SmartTimer & QuadPacer, 6 Replacement Heads, 48000VPM - White" For most of my 50+ years, I've used old-fashioned manual toothbrushes. When I was in my tweens in the 80s, my family tried an electric toothbrush set that had color coded brush heads, so we could all use the same handle. That was not a sonic brush, had one speed, lost charge fast, was noisy, and rattled against the teeth if you turned it wrong. We didn't keep it for very long, and I always remembered that thing and just stuck with manual toothbrushes every since. I've not had many cavities. I go to the dentist every 6 months for claims and checkup, and my dentists have never told me to try an electric or sonic toothbrush, because they say I'm having success with the manual. However the past few years I've been having a higher amount of tartar buildup to remove, even with regular 6-month dental cleanings. Since I very recently had a cleaning, I'm going to give this electric toothbrush a try, perhaps it will help reduce my tartar buildup better than my manual toothbrush between now and my next dental cleaning. I appreciate the sleek, lightweight design. It's easy to hold and maneuver around inside my mouth. The buzz is noticable but not excessively loud. The handle does vibrate a little during use, but it seems that most of the vibrations travel to the brush, where they should. There are several different settings to use, and I'm starting out with "sensitive" while I begin to get used to the change to this kind of toothbrush. I like the built in timer. There's no visible or constant audible countdown, but every 30 seconds the motor pauses for about a second. This signals that 30 seconds have elapsed. And it shuts off after 2 minutes total. So this makes it easier to make sure to spend even amounts of time in different areas of the mouth, for a full two minutes. Maybe it helps break up the monotony of brushing? I work on all sides of upper left, then upper right, then lower left, then lower right, and it shuts itself off. The charging base is pretty small. It seems it would be very travel friendly, even taking the base along, but the battery is supposed to last long between charges. This whole thing is a huge improvement too what I recall from that electric toothbrush from so many years ago. I can't say how it performs compared to other models, but it seems like it is well made and worth the current asking price. It comes with 6 brush heads, so one user could have enough brush heads for 3 years, if replacing every 6 months.

I went to look at more popular electric toothbrushes. I spoke with my dentist, he recommended those more popular brands, but, trying to locate n the cost was extreme, especially where accessories are a consideration. I found this model, cost-effective, had a better charging base than a cup, got my favorite color, a charging case, n carry bag, 6 brush heads, and all the brushing features, listed, I love the sensitive setting! There is a voucher to get additional brush heads, but, I missed, cuz, I was renovating my bathroom, during the 3 day, check in per voucher, which should be longer, like 10, 14, 21, 30 days, in order to give a "honest after usage evaluation!" I believe this brand, can compete MORE, because the COST and what was offered exceeds those more popular brands. I just wish there were round heads, offered, too, my only future concern. I am greatly pleased! I just had to get use to the electric method to brush. Which was easy, in fact, I gave my old manual brush stovepipe to my local food pastry n homeless center, yet, I had that many! I enjoyed this brand, so much I bought their water flosser, too!!! You will be pleased, with "Your Smile, as much as I AM WITH "MY SMILE!!!"

After buying FOUR $149-199 Philips Sonicare toothbrushes in two years, when the 4th one stopped working after 5 months I decided I needed to try something else. I’m blown away by the quality of this toothbrush. The different settings feel Exactly like I’m used to with the overpriced brand and my teeth feel really clean. I normally do not write reviews but after reading the positive reviews I purchased. I hope my review also helps someone else who keeps throwing money away on the overpriced brand.

So I decided it was probably time to be an adult and get an electric toothbrush, so after a lot of time on the web trying to decide what kind to get, I decided to try the My Smile, so far it has been really good… I feel like my teeth and mouth are much cleaner and I like the vibration as it feels like I’m actually doing more than just brushing my teeth, so for someone who is very new to the electric toothbrush game this seems to get the job done and done well. I was also impressed with how much came with it… you get the toothbrush base, 6 replacement heads, a charger that doesn’t take up much room on my small bathroom counter, a hard travel case, and a drawstring bag all for one price… most companies would make you buy all of that separately, so that is a definite bonus with this kit! My only concern is that I have yet to find a listing of replacement toothbrush heads sold by themselves for this brand, while I’m just on my first head and have 5 more to go, I do hope I don’t have to re-buy the entire kit again just to get the replacement heads as that seems wasteful and expensive. Overall I am happy, and I appreciate the sensitive option as I build up to using the higher levels as my mouth gets used to this.

OK so let me preface this review with the fact that this is my first sonic toothbrush. I've never used one before so I might not be a good judge if you are looking to compare the quality of various brands or price points. What I can say is that this tooth brush is awesome. It has several settings to choose from all of them vibrating at different frequencies. My preferred setting is the basic "clean" setting. What I like to do is apply the toothpaste first to the tooth brush. Then before turning it on I brush by teeth like I normally would spreading the tooth paste evenly around the various surfaces of my teeth. Then I turn on the tooth brush and cover over all my teeth with the sonic vibrations. I can really feel the difference when finished versus just brushing my teeth with a regular tooth brush. There are additional settings which I've tried and they all work fine. Whitening and Polish and the vibrations are even faster. Message gives you that softer more classic electric tooth brush feel (before sonics came out) only it feels even better. Perhaps use this setting if you have some sensitive gum areas. You simply cycle through the settings pressing a single button. It is super easy to use. Bottom line is that this is the real deal. I have been using it for two weeks and haven't had to charge it yet but I assume when the time comes it will. This isn't a brand I'm familiar with so I'm very happy that they offer tooth brush replacements packs for when I eventually wear out the tooth brush heads that came with the tooth brush. Value: On the day of my order this was priced at $39.99 which seems like a great value for what you are getting. Assuming this last a few years it is a great value in my opinion.

I found that the market leader in sonic toothbrushes is terribly unreliable normally the units only last a year maybe a little bit more before they break. So I thought I'd try something different. This is a powerful machine you've got loads of brushes should last about a year and a half plus it comes with a good carry case and a simple charging solution. My teeth feel just as clean as with the leading brand and now I've just got to wait and see if it's more reliable I do hope so. Recommended

Long battery life, cleans well

Realmente es un gran cepillo calidad precio ,y con muchos accesorios y empaque bonito. Cómo si fuera para regalo. Dura mucho la batería ,y ya viene pre cargado, además incluye 6 repuestas que además rinden mucho. Tiene varias modalidades 2 suaves que es masaje , y sensitivo y otras 3 que son más fuertes para limpieza. Es un buen producto el otro día se me cayó al piso y siguió funcionando. Regalan estuche de viaje . Y además tienen redes sociales. Estoy muy feliz. Y siento mi boca y dientes limpios. Para cada 2 minutos aproximadamente. Para recordarte que tienes que hacer el cambio de lado. Genial. :-) .pero otros productos de esta marca si son algo elevados en costo. Compré la pasta en polvo. Sin flour con menta ,y la verdad la uso 1 vez por semana pero es buen producto.

Es mi primer cepillo eléctrico y siento que hice una decision perfecta. La caja en la que viene se ve super elegante. Trae bastantes repuestos. La batería le dura muchísimo yo lo uso unas 5 veces al dia y me dura poco mas de un mes. Trae varios programas con tiempo y e intensidad. Es bastante resistente se me ha caido por accidente no se ha roto ni siquiera rayado. Excelente opción sino es que la mejor.
