Oh so comfortable
I bought two of these for my mom and I for our most recent vacation to Ireland. So comfy for the plane ride and for "meditating" (aka naps) on the bus rides. Had several people on our travels ask us were we got them. I have also used it while at work for the massage and heat portion due to sitting at a computer all day. I'm sure I will use the heat portion more during the cold months.

Great neck massager
This is my first time using a massager of this type. I am more used to Shiatsu types. This is supposed to give you an accupuncture type of massage and I think this is what some reviews mention as "shock." As per suggestion in the description, for those who are not familiar with this type of massage, start at a lower intensity first. The heat function can be kind of intense so start low also. Vibration is also strong. The shape of the pillow is ergonomic and cradles the back of the head and the neck perfectly. Only downside are the controls which are not easily visible since they are located on the part that would come near your chin. But I guess that's the trade-off for being cordless. My neck gets stiff often. While this didn't immediately provide relief, it did so a couple of hours after use. All in all, a highly recommended massager.

Think it’s made for torture
Electrical shocks that are severe and startling. So small it won’t support your neck literally anywhere. Memory foam is the only nice thing about it. The electrical shocking is intense. It’s not mentioned anywhere that it’s supposed to shock you and I’ve never heard of anyone finding constant rhythmic electric shocks relaxing
