This figure is so much larger and better than I imagined! I love Joel and it is perfect - the guitar and gun are great touches and the detail overall is great.

He just arrived today and he's gorgoeus! I've been a huge LOU fan for over 10 years now and this is such a cool piece to add to any fan's collection. Great quality and packaged well. So happy!

Overall, the product itself is amazing, delivering exactly as promised. However, my experience with the customer service department was disappointing. The item arrived late, and initially, I was assured of a refund by a customer service representative, who even suggested I could keep the item. Sadly, upon following up later, the new agents were rude and uncooperative, failing to honor the refund promise. In comparison to other companies, Amazon's customer service, particularly representatives like Angali and Mohammad, fell short in terms of professionalism and support.

The figure is exactly how it looks in the photos, though Joel's eyes and face paint job is sorta wonky. He looks fine at a distance though.

I’m not kidding when I say this is the best and most affordable piece of Joel merchandise out there. Totally would recommend if you love the character. You’ve found the best you’re gonna get for the quality and price.
