What’s the difference between this vs mommy's bliss prenatal multivitamins with iron that is $5?

I haven’t seen any that were that cheap, but if you do I would be very cautious as they may not be legit.

How much folic acid is in these? I'm supposed to take 1000 units because I'm having twins but I dont see the amount on the label

Does this have any laxative ingredients in it?

No, I had to counter with a laxative, I was quite miserable!
