I've been using this product for a while now and it seems to keep my periodontal disease under control. It has a pleasant taste and the tube last for quite a long time. I like the ingredients it contains especially that it does not contain fluoride. I would imagine it might work differently for each person depending on their condition. It is a good value for the money. I would recommend it.

Great product at a good price. I have use Design for health products for many years & will continue to do so as the quality and effectiveness is high--very reliable. the combination of ingredients is just what i was looking for in a toothpaste to keep my mouth healthy and protect my teeth . flavor and texture is nice & no unnecessary or harmful ingredients. a high quality product.

Seems to reduce inflammation on my gums. I think there really is some silver in there. It tastes pretty good. I use it in combination with a couple other hydroxyapatite toothpastes. I don't know what a couple of the ingredients are supposed to do, I got it looking for hydroxyapatite toothpaste, saw the purified silver in there and thought I'd give it a try. I like everything about it except the texture. It is just a little thin for my taste, more of a gel than a paste. This might be better for your teeth and I'm just used to a thicker, more pasty toothpaste. Other than the thinner texture I like this stuff, and will probably have on hand for if I feel the need for a bit more antibacterial type of toothpaste, just for the silver ingredient.

Really love this toothpaste. I have periodontal disease and receding gums and have gone through many options over the years including straight bentonite clay and many brands of tooth powders and pastes. I really enjoy the texture and taste of this one, and I can feel a cooling sensation below the gum line that I have not felt with other products. I also like that it says to not really rinse it so it sits on your gums longer after you finish brushing, so I just spit the excess out and go. There's no residue or anything even though I'm not rinsing it absorbs quickly and just leaves your mouth fresh. I feel like my gums are looking much better in the month I have been using it so I will stick with this since I feel it is giving me results with reversing my gum recession.

First week using this product, from the first use I could tell the difference between the other name brands out there. It’s minty and refreshing, leaving my teeth smooth and my breath clean as well. The taste is definitely different, and I wouldn’t worry too much about it. All the healthy ingredients make this product worth the value of your money.

My favorite toothpaste by far. I tried Boka - which cleans the worst, just horrible - I just have white plaque around my teeth and clean daily with my smart Oral B latest series, I floss and rinse, and this one really gets all the plaque and the Gunk out very well!!! I can't rave enough about it. The only other one that compares is LivFresh but it's much smaller tube for double the price and I still prefer this one, really great value and awesome results!!!

Something in this product isn’t good for my body. I can feel it being absorbed by my gums. I recently lost a filling and even tried using it just in that one spot and still, I’m having a toxic reaction to it. It may be fine for others, just not for me. By
