This product has been a lifesaver for me! It was recommended to me by my nutritionist (RD) and by the GIMap for histamine intolerance. I take it just before I eat a meal that might be high histamine and it prevents the very uncomfortable symptoms that can come when I eat histamine rich foods, such as fish, leftovers and tomato based meals. It's great - I love this product, it's been a massive benefit to me.

It’s an important supplement for my digestive system

the old formula was great. there is something wrong with this new one. had a rash after taking this and stomach did bother me a few hours later. might be the n-acetyl cysteine. and for some reason quercetin isn't listed as an ingredient anymore on the new bottle. why fix what isn't broken?

This was a great supplement, and then they “enhanced” the formula with no warning, adding an ingredient that my body doesn’t tolerate with NO warning. I actually depended on these and I’m struggling to find something else before I run out of my old bottle. Some warning would have been great so I could stock up.

I've been struggling with histamine issues for a few years and this has helped tremendously. I started with one a day but then realized it's best to take it with every meal so take it three times a day now.
