Bad Ass Kitchen Shears! Heavy, Sharp, and Well Constructed. The best kitchen shears I've ever owned. They cut bones, skin, and thick plastic packaging with ease, and stay sharp regardless of what I cut with them. They also fit fine in the scissors slot of my Henkel knife block

I am such a scissor snob. Nothing but Ginghers for sewing and needlework and yarn work. I have over a thousand dollars wrapped up in just Ginghers and for only very specific purposes. Paper crafting has specific style for its scissors and I have a half dozen or so of those. And dollar store scissors; at least a half dozen of those about. And for all my life I've had several scissor monkeys on my back. Inevitably they rust (especially in tackle boxes) or when they're left on the porch late at night after a 'craft-in' or just plain quality and time. But I've never had kitchen scissors i like. And I truly don't believe price equals quality. These scissors are high end value at a decent, almost low end, price point. I bought a rose gold pair over five months ago. I was blown away before I even opened the box they were packaged in. Heavy. Nice heavy scissors. Gorgeous rose gold. And absolutely no signs of the color rubbing off, chipping, or flaking. Excellent handles. Non-specific so any way I pick them up they're fine. No changing hands. And they cut through meat and bone beauuuuuuuuutifully. Recently I've been using them to break up ice. The ice pick was no where to be found. These scissors are SUPREME for breaking up ice. To the point I'm ordering my second pair. In red. Will probably end up with a gold pair, too. They are just that good. I'm hoping they'll add blue to the color pallete of options. I would absolutely give these as gifts (as I have many times with Ginghers) and unequivocally recommend them for kitchen work, no matter the task. I do want to add, not sure how they'd stand up to professional kitchen and bone. But for my kitchen. They are the bomb. Thank you.

I bought these several years ago and use them every day. They are sturdy and sharp. They also stick well to my knife bar for easy access.

Purchased these to help spatchcock the turkey for TG. Worked great and I have a feeling these will last a long time. Solid build quality.

I would have to struggle with scissors.This pair was so tight I had to get a hand tool to loosen the center. They seemed to have been glued/painted closed.Nice weight and feel to them, handles are big and sturdy. The bottle opener feature is solid.Overall good pair of shears

After my 'expensive' JA Henckels failed at the pin, I figured these would at least fill the hole in the knife block. In actuality they are extremely ergonomic and very good shears. They are not as 'handy' as cheaper scissors to just grab out of a drawer to open a bag, but they are very good at being shears and cutting meat or anything else you need to in the kitchen. It's easy to get a lot of leverage with the oversized grips.Great value.

Solid steel and heavy duty.

Upon opening the box, the scissors look well made. Heavy and very sharp. They also will be able to take apart to sharpen once they dull. Very satisfied. Better than the cheapo that came with a expensive knife set.

Seem very durable and strong. Love the metallic gold handle. Adequately sharp. Would recommend.

Las compre para remplazar otras que tenían unas cubiertas protectoras de silicona en los otificios de sujeción, porque se acabaron rlmpuendo con el uso.
